    i've only ever been burned once and it was just a wimpy little burn on my wrist. so, i don't know the pain, very well, but i imagine that sucks, terribly.

    or do what apprenty suggested. i have breathing problems as well (not necessarily asthma, but my lungs aren't very strong at all), but i kind of just went 'SUCK IT UP AND RUN' but that doesnt work for everyone
