You know what I can't stand? People blame everything else except themselves. Joe Biden wants to talk to video game developers about this gun control issue. VIDEO GAMES ARE NOT TO BLAME. How about we blame the parents first? Your child is 6 and playing a mature rated game all day because you're too lazy to be a parent and want your kid out of your face so you can drink a glass of wine. Video Games, like movies, have something called a RATING on them. Read it. Research it. "But mommy, Johnny plays call of duty" is NOT an excuse to buy your child an extremely violent war game! Common sense. Do we blame cell phone companies for car accidents that happen and try to ban cell phones? No, you blame the asshole who is not paying attention to the road and texting while driving. Video games are NOT the problem. People are.
Also, these people who are doing these killings and murders are getting their guns ILLEGALLY. Guess what? They still will! They're still going to find a way to get them illegally, or they'll use something else! The people who buy guns legally buy them to protect themselves and their families from these whack jobs.
To me, this gun control law is saying we're not allowed to have a right to protect ourselves.
And this post was not to offend anyone. I am of legal age to play violent video games. If you do and you're underaged, I feel like it's OK if you know your child is stable enough to play them. I feel like if I was a parent, I would do what my Mom did and not let my child play violent games until 15-16. By then, you pretty much know if there's anything mentally unstable, emotionally unstable, etc wrong with your child and should not play these games because you know it could possibly trigger something (like how they think its real life and stuff).
This topic was mainly against Biden and everyone else who thinks blaming video games is right. Its definitely not. Just my 2 cents I wanted to let out.
