  13. Xaldin was more of a soldier and Xigbar was too laidback. Saix wanted the job because he and Axel were planning to overthrow Xemnas. Thats why Saix was mad at Axel for getting in a good friendship with Roxas in 358/2 days because he thought it would ruin their plans. Someone correct me if I'm wrong about this.
