  1. Mantis Shrimps, Giant Japanese Salamanders, Halleucegenia (extinct), and Water Bears.
  2. It's the Time traveling fellow, most likely. Or an Albino Porcupine. I'm betting on the porcupine.
  3. Are you implying eagles are trying to take over these Disunited States of America?
  4. A subject per day maybe?
  5. Paper Mario. 2001. Maybe it's just my Nostalgia Filter, but I still love it to this day.
  6. Panels were too restrictive and Coded needlessly complicated the command system, which I thought was fine as is. They probably have their easons for trying it though.
  7. So the joke is that there was no joke? GIVE ME MY 30 SECONDS BACK, THIEF!
  8. Desktops. More power for the same price. I have a PC that would cost about $500 more if it was laptop hardware.
  9. No Heart was Best, The Lingering Will was the most soul-crushing.
  10. I can't say I agree, mostly because Xion's whole plot seems very forced. (Though the Disney worlds' treatment and most certainly the gameplay don't endear me either.) She isn't outright unlikeable, but her entire place in the story feels like it's replacing a 8 member hole in the story and failing, and accidentally cheapens Roxas's appeal in the process. To me, Roxas was this doubtful, inquisitive person who couldn't just sit there and idle around. Days just made him look like a passive idiot that only gets to thinking due to an outrageous and convenient twist of fate. Roxas's unusual existential situation (a person with emotion amongst a group of emotionless people) that could have made for a very interesting quest for identity and self-discovery. They could have developed him by having him actually interact with everybody and learning from misunderstandings and conflicts instead of foisting this contrived situation on him, They admittedly touch on this in in the game (In that Saix, Xigbar and Xemnas are trash and Roxas being conflicted over what his role was), but not until close to the end, and it's far from the focus. The focus is almost completely on Xion and how suddenly important she is despite never being previously alluded to in any manner that would naturally come to a person's mind playing the other games. *dies from wall of text*
  11. I blame excessive attention to graphical fidelity for no reason.
  12. Or you know, the calendar has a period of time equal to 63 MILLION YEARS. And that's not even the largest value on the blasted thing.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.0.0.0.0 Or: 544,976,202,921,024,289,779,000,000 Years. 544 Septillion years. The accepted astronomical estimate is 13 Billion, based on Speed of light calculations and star brightness. I seriously doubt that the TINY BABY CYCLE means anything.
  13. Laugh. Endlessly In all seriousness, tell that kid that he should research things before making claims. And #1 FAN screams Dunning-Kruger effect.
  14. I wonder if it'll be on one storage device this time. I think I might actually get the system depending on how expensive the WiiU is.
  15. Slightly. If only for the international release it heralds soon afterwards.
  16. It's what happens when you glue a Rock to Master Xehanort's face.
  17. I hope they improve the netcode this time. Halo CEA Co-Op was almost unplayable for me because of that. I'll give 343 the benefit of the doubt, but I still can't help but be nervous.
  18. The Ministry of Truth.
  19. I thought it was. There are very few games where I've felt like I was actively wasting my time. I wasn't seeing anything new, the plot is too thin to be used as toilet paper and doesn't really accomplish much that couldn't have just been thrown out as exposition. To its credit it experimented a bit more with Character growth mechanics and trying to mix up gameplay. If it did those two things better or at least made the plot amount to something, I think it could have at least been enjoyable.
  20. I was just here to get some FOOD. No one here is old enough to know what I'm referencing. Yay.
  21. Myspace? What's that? And while it's an improvement, it's not particularly daring or distinctive. It avoids the whole "hook" deal that seems to pervade most mainstream music at least, which makes it much more listenable to snobby folks like me.
  22. It's rated M for a reason. If the folks don't want their kids buying it, they shouldn't be so lax as to let them. Nintendo needs to take a risk every once in awhile. There's a reason 3rd parties are so reluctant to release things on their consoles. Man that sounded Schizophrenic
  23. Ignore them unless it's something especially slimy. (mostly cheating and discrimination.[Misogyny,Misandry,Racism,Homophobia,etc.])
  24. The later parts of Ventus's and Aqua's stories and Master Xehanort period.
