I think Dream Drop Distance is going to be a bomb. You will open it up and it will explode in your face whiping out entire city blocks and causeing the entire world to tremble at the feet of their new master SquareEnix. Either that or it will be a very good 3DS game. One or the other.

Has anybody seen my motivation? I appear to have lost it somewhere and can't seem to find it.

Just because characters are similar doesnt mean that they are compatable. In fact, when dealing with an emotionally unstable character like Riku, it is best to pair him with a character who is opposite him, a stabalizing element. This is why if Riku meets any one at all from the TWEWY universe it would most likely be Rhyme or Shiki. There is one thing that people need to realise before they get their hopes too high. We are not playing "The World Ends With Kingdom Hearts", Neku was likely added as a placeholder character much like the FF characters. We more than likely will not be participating in the Reaper's Game, simply helping Neku find Shiki. Even if we did mysteriously become Neku's partner for the week (which is remarkably unlikely) we wont be playing the entirety of TWEWY. One thing you have to remember, we arent in Shibuya as a full world, we are in Traverse Town. We likely wont see more than a couple cameos.

I would imagine if you look hard enough, that it is located somewhere on Sora as well, Nomura has a tendancy to overaccessorize his characters. There is a good chance that they simply though Riku's jacket looked too plain and felt like adding something to it. It might just be to symbolize that his outfit was created by the Dream World.

I suspect most of the TWEWY story will take place within week 1. So, we will likely pair up with Neku to help him find Shiki who has somehow gone missing. The boss for Traverse Town (at least the first visit) will more than likely be Yodai Higashizawa. If we see Sho, he will likely be a Hidden Boss like Sephiroth and Vanitas' Lingering Spirit since he has such a fanbase and is stupidly hard to kill in his Taboo form. As for Riku, I see him, if he even gets to see TWEWY characters, either paired with Joshua or Rhyme. Mainly because I think he wouldnt get along too well with Beat and would probably knock him out to shut him up. I noticed someone asked about seeing Shiki in her actual body. My guess is that will probably be shown at quick glance during the ending credits. Much like the Genesis Feather in BBS. My real question. What are our chances of seeing Taboo Dream Eaters?

Well, I cant say I played it a LONG time before, but I had just finished it a few days before they showed Neku in the trailer. So, my Neku fandom was still fresh in my mind when I saw the trailer.

The question was worded oddly. I think what you meant to ask is, "What combat system did you prefer?". As all the characters have their own fighting styles. But to answer that question, BBS has the smoothest combat system to date. Hopefully it continues to improve for future titles.

For the sake of firetrucking your mind, it must be Shisui. (I highly doubt that, this was joke my brother made over skype yesterday) However, for the sake of thought food. Tobi revealed his face to Kisame at one point, immediatly gaining his allegiance. Kisame called him Mizukage. Which leaves two conclusions. Either Kisame was placed under his genjutsu to gain his loyalty, which seems like an unlikely situation being that I am sure Kisame is used to Itachi's genjutsu already. Or, There may be a lead if you look into the Mist Village's History.

I suspect we will see either Robin Hood OR The Sword in the Stone, not both; having two midieval Englands would be redundant. The Emperor's New Groove, Pocahontas, and Jungle Book all seem likely. Treasure Planet and Atlantis would be fun as well. Most of the rest of the ones on your list seem unlikely though. Also I am vehemently against The Princess and the Frog and Toy Story appearing in Kingdom Hearts. As much as I love Toy Story, the thing that made that movie special was the fact that Buzz was NOT a space ranger and Woody was NOT a cowboy. Turning Sora into a toy wouldnt make him less Sora, it would simply make him plastic. It simply wouldnt capture the point in the movie. As for The Princess and the Frog. The movie was lackluster to begin with, it was all in all not impressive in terms of Disney movies. Also it is incredibly obvious that the only reason the movie was made was so they could have a black princess and not appear racist. Since all the Princesses of Heart have already been named, adding another princess to the mix would frankly be pointless.

Actually the majority of the game takes place in the "Kingdom of Guardia" You travel to other small villages within the kingdom, and the name changes if you travel to a time before the Kingdom was established. But for the most part when referring to the main gameplay area of Chrono Trigger, unless you are in a timezone that it doesnt exist, it is the Kingdom of Guardia.

Before you guys go flaming and screaming about it being fake. This is the fandub of the trailer they were taking auditions for last week.

I honestly would love to see Sora enter some Squaresoft/enix worlds. Guardia (Chrono Trigger), Spira (FFX), Midgar (FFVII), Amestris (FMA; I bet you didnt realise this was a Square Enix series). There are tons of beautiful, diverse worlds that I would love to explore as Sora. Many of them I am sure they were just waiting until Sora grew strong enough to enter them with a prayer of surviving.

I am going to say this one more time. Sora can not become dark. It is against his character profile. Without literally shattering the entire foundation of the series it can not be done.

Awkward video aside. Does anyone think that Hayner and the rest of them will have any major impact on the franchise? Or were they solely created for the sake of making the first 3 hours of KH2 excruciatingly slow?

The World Ends With You is a SquareEnix game for the DS. It is probably one of the best handheld games to date. If you havent played it I highly recommend picking it up, especially with Neku Sakuraba making an appearance in KH3D.
