I keep seeing it on Adult Swim. The music makes the game look lame o.o

The gameplay has definitely improved over XIII's. However the "side-quests" in the demo were the kind that I hate. Fetch/hunt quests that add literally nothing to the storyline. This game's story is so out-of-nowhere and nowhere near as entertaining as XIII's.

Star Ocean 4- This game is pretty 'meh' overall. It's not horrible but it's not great either. Story and characters aren't very impressive at all, and gameplay can only make up for so much. A step back from older SO. Disgaea 3- A very tactical jrpg, but you probably already know that. Fun addicting gameplay for those who like tactical games. If you care more about story, and don't really like tactical RPGs, then this game might not be for you. It is very fun, though. Valkyria Chronicles- Like Disgaea, it's tactical but still very fun and amazing. This is a very unique JRPG with a lot of different elements. Also has an amazing and interesting story about war. Great use of cell shading! This game gets a lot of positive reviews, you should look it up on YouTube. Final Fantasy XIII- If you're more into story driven games, this is for you. Let me warn you: this game is very linear with virtually nothing to do outside of the main quest. Very unique story about people trying to defy their fate, like able characters, and the graphics are amazing. Very different from older FFs. Eternal Sonata- A very solid jrpg. Extremely unique character design, and excellent cell shaded anime graphics. The story is centered around music and Chopin, so of you like classical music this game will be for you. The story is alright- starts out promising but becomes lolwut as the game goes on. However I must say that this game can be incredibly hard and annoying at some times, because of its unfair guard system. Unfortunately the PS3 doesn't have that many good jrpgs at the time. But the future looks promising. Look up the game "Ni No Kuni" on YouTube. This game looks like it could be the best JRPG on the ps3. Oh and Tales of Graces f comes out in March. And Persona 5 will be in our futures hopefully .

Square Enix wants $$$. Surprise surprise? .Plus, when people don't buy the game it only forces the company to lower the price. Which already happened in Japan .

Games cost more to make these days, it only makes sense that they become more expensive. I very rarely buy games the first day they are released. I wait for them to drop to $30 or below. I refuse to pay $60 for a game like Final Fantasy XIII-2, when I'm sure I'll start seeing it in Best Buy's bargain bin a few weeks after it's release and the "fans" start to complain.

Persona 3, you make me so happy

Sephiorth because he's in Final Fantasy VII, which is the most popular and overrated game in the series. The villains in I through VI hardly get any attention because the games are so old.

I really don't care about him honestly . He's a cool character, but I feel as if he's appearing in so many games now just as fan service... because Axel is a very popular character for some reason.

The hair tends to be the most important, defining feature of a character when it comes to JRPGs.

If this really is the end of the PS3's era... then I'm not too satisfied . I didn't really like that many PS3 games. Too many FPS and not enough JRPGs! (PSone ftw ). And is the HD Final Fantasy X still going to be on the PS3 then? o.o

No, but not because I find it embarrassing, but because I simply don't want to . I guess you could say I only like cosplaying when I'm looking at very experienced people do it, because I think it's amazing when someone can look almost exactly the same as a fictional character .
