Do not forget too he reprised his Doc Brown role recently for Lego Dimensions which btw is a lot like KH and I would highly recommend just to watch a play through let alone play. But like some else said on the forum, Scott Glenn would be amazing as Xehanort from this clip alone: He and Nimoy have the same kind of gravelly voice and demeanour and I instantly think of Xehanort whenever I hear him. TheKHRP said he'd even consider him for his reboot project.I also suggested James Spader a while back to but even though he killed it as Ultron, I'm not so sure his voice is gravelly enough. Perhaps if he could alter it, but Glenn is my top pick I respect your opinion too but if you can I'd like you to consider what I have to say in my video here As many people have pointed out Aqua's character is pretty much what Willa imbedded into her lines: not to sound like I disrespect her but she is wise as a master and tends to have the most modest, unbiased opinions, "her sense of right and wrong never wavers", therefore her voice does sound kind of, for lack of a better explanation, general or monotone with a lac k of a full expression. Sure she could have been better at times yes, but overall she nailed the true demeanour of who Aqua is. She can only get better, as many have pointed out through her few new lines in 2.5. Bottom line is that Willa IS Aqua. They are both confident in who they are, never overthinking or analyzing anything, both value their friends and consider them part of their prominent support system. They also both do not express their full emotions for fear of being vulnerable or letting them control who they are or who they could be.

Not really: 1) Pretty much all of it was in the movie aside from the backstory of Frank's history with the Riddles 2) Was moved to a different location to be sure but elements of it were touched upon in later scenes sprinkled throughout the movie 3) Sure this chapter was cut but like I said The Dursleys were one of the only major things cut. 4) It is touched upon by Harry that he arrived at the Burrow "just last night" but ya like I said above 5) The twins are at least shown later on in the movie collecting bids from the tournament which helped fund their shop Nothing REALLY important happens in what was left out of these chapters anyways

Exactly it improves on the book in some ways and after all what works in a book does not necessarily work in a movie. And Btw, GoF was a lot more loyal to the book than both ootp and HBP. They at least made little winks and references to the book but the sixth left out at least 1/3 of the entire book and seemed to tell a different story. Same with ootp glazing over most explanation. If you think about it, GoF only really left out the Dursleys and SPEW, in regards to major alterations; everything else was already pretty much there in some form

Still Kairi had only a few lines in Re chain of memories and Hayden did not return for her there. Anything can happen afterall. If you can please keep praying to the big guy that Willa will be able to return as Aqua, and do not assume anything. If you can, please keep writing posts on this forum about why she means so much to you as Aqua etc.

One other thing I worry about is the replacement of VAs (especially for Aqua she's my favourite, so I guess this also goes for 2.8) They need to keep all original (as well as movie based characters) played by their original voice actors. Lets hope that someone like Frank Welker could replace Leonard nimoy as Xehanort. Mena Suvari better not replace Mandy Moore as Rapunzel like she did for Aerith.

Ya I actually remember reading a walkthrough guide to suggest Genie in this battle. In a KH movie script that I made I featured Genie prominently in this scene

But sometimes you do not need all of that time. I find a lot of these so called "failed" adaptations like Eragon benefited from having a lot cut out because simply put it got REALLY boring after a while with too many characters and way too much description. While a lot of that can be fun, it can be too much of a good thing if you know what I mean. With movies its not so much the length but what they do with what they are given. Plus consider that the way something is written in a book would may look very weird in a film if executed the same way. They each tell a story in different ways and therefore have to be accustomed to both

Exactly which is also why a TV series would almost be better to get all of those details in also hopefully making it its own thing which is what Shadowhunters is trying to do
