Well if you watch his movements carefully, he do some of young xehanort's combos. He does something from Xemnas' moveset as well but i gotta battle him again to observe

Not sure if anyone noticed as well , but while i was fighting Anti Black Coat, i was watching his movements. His moves seems to be a mix of Xemnas, Young Xehanort's , and i do believe Xehanort's Heartless moveset.
