Then you are the one missing the point mate. Videogames are a business first and foremost. That's just how it is and how it will always be. A bunch of people complaining on the internet won't change anything (and believe me, I'm the first one to want more people to get into my favorite videogame series).

Well, then tell that to the publishers. Lots of money in game for Square-Enix and Sonywhen it comes to their partnership. Hate to say it, but if many titles didn't have exclusivity, many people wouldn't have a Third-Party relations job, and thus the companies' economy would crash when they wouldn't reach a sold copies/hardware goal. So in this case, business-wise it's a wise job to have a HUGE title (KH3) as multiplatform, but minor ones (2.8, 1.5+2.5) as exclusives.

Matsuda had already taken over Wada when KH3 was announced. My only concerns about the collection (if I have any) are: Theatre mode for KH1 Japanese and English voice selection for every game KH2HD bug fixes (with drive forms and summons load and framerate issues and the reversal reaction command) Faster load times BBS bug fixes(with link style load and framerate issues) KH1HD Pink Agaricus item drop fix 358/2 Days Extra Cutscenes (Disney World and fight scenes) Apart from this, I'm super pumped for this collection, as It's everything I've ever wanted: most Kingdom Hearts games in 1 single disc. Who the hell wouldn't be excited for this? Screw the Xbox in terms of Kingdom Hearts, because they have a very big lack of JRPGs in their system (the only ones I know are Final Fantasy Type-0, the soon to be released FFXV and the old and almost forgotten Blue Dragon and Lost Oddyssey) I have to point out that I have an Xbox 360, so I'm not fanboying console-wise here, just telling the mere truth.

FFXV is coming up soon, and Battlefield 1 looks like the shooter of the year, so get those too.You're in a Kingdom Hearts forum so get Hd 2.8 FCP in jan when it releases. Finally, if you're into anime, Naruto Storm 4 , Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth, and Danganronpa Collectio (coming out in jan) are must haves too.

Actually, as long as it's a Switch focused direct at the beginning of Jan, people should be fine about it, no problem from my side. I only wanted a name yesterday, and they shpwed the system and a few games , so I'm pretty happy with the reveal. Now my only concern is price, but there's plenty of time for that. BTW: Switch is what I've always wanted for a console: take the best AAA titles on the go without the need of a TV. Props to Nintendo on this.

Why are people so negative... I remember never expecting KH3, and out of the blue, a trailer came out at E3 2013 for it. Maybe Nomura is doing the same thing this time to surprise us. I just ask everyone to not let their guards down, as Nomura is the master of trolls at Square Enix (along with Hashimoto of course). He said he wouldn't make any Kingdom Hearts games after KH3D before releasing KH3, but now we have ReMIXes, X, Unchained X and 2.8 lol

Nomura never really said no news before the release of 2.8 though... He just promised news after 2.8, but don't rule out PSX. Last year they showed FFVII and it wasn't even winter by that time. HAVE FAITH MA BOIZ!!

999 is on ds and will soon be ported to at least Vita and Steam. Virtue's Last Reward is on Vita and 3DS, soon on at least Steam. And Zero Time Dilemma is on Vita, 3DS and Steam. Danganronpa just announced their 1+2 remasters for ps4, and i will definetly be getting it when it releases to get hooked for the time 3 is out.
