  1. Never watched it before. Then I heard of the "Dieto" meme and saw a few other clips and decided to give it a shot.
  2. The Panty and Stocking dub is nuts and I love it.
  3. It's also for in case you make a post so embarrassing that a simple edit won't be enough to purge it from existence. Praise be to the mods.
  4. Because you can't have Disney without Dolan and Gooby. It's also refreshing how Sora, Donald, and Goofy seem to be the strongest trio of friends without any betrayals or angst or strings attached, alongside Hayner, Pence, and Olette.
  5. It's a Draco.
  6. Hahaha. Sorry SOLDIER eyes, you're not special after all.
  7. If you suddenly start to hear whispers about Sephiroth or reunions or whatnot... go ahead and listen to 'em cuz it's already too late for you.
  8. Draco needs moar things to say.
  9. Yeah, come to think of it I'm not sure why they drew so much attention to the blue when it's the green that's supposed to be the mark. It's hard to see, but look for the green ring in this pic: http://s234.photobucket.com/user/shibara1310/media/Final Fantasy/Crisis Core/screen181.jpg.html
  10. At least in Crisis Core, Mako-infused people actually do have a green glow around the iris, though it's only apparent in the cinematic cutscenes. It's the green glow that distinguishes them, not blue eyes. If it were blue eyes, half the cast of FF and beyond would be working for Shinra.
  11. Stupid real life. I miss out on the drama llamas because of you.
  12. It bugs me too, but then I remind myself that humans have been worried about the next generation of humans ever since generations and humans existed. Every generation has their bogeymen. It used to be rock and roll, then video games, now tablets and the internet. There are definitely parents out there who use technology as a replacement for actual parenting, but I think there are just as many parents who don't simply hand their kid an iPad and call it a day. We don't know how those kids spend their time in their own house. Whenever you see kids staring at an iPad in public, that doesn't inherently mean that playing a game outside is beyond their comprehension. Things like iPads are convenient ways to keep kids occupied while they're with their parents on errands, because, in case you forgot, errands are boring. When they get home, for all we know, they ditch the iPads and go do something meaningful. I'm pretty sure there are enough good parents out there to balance things out. You can't sweep an entire generation under the same blanket, unless you want the previous generation to do the same thing to us (and they do, just like we're doing now). A lot of kids care about their education and future, probably more than they ever did. You don't hear news stories of good parenting where the kids are well-rounded with a good balance of real life, technology, education, and leisure -- those don't get views. No, instead you see stories of spoiled brats who throw tantrums over getting the wrong color car for their birthday. You hear those stories a lot because with social media and whatnot, they're easier to be shared, so people think they're a bigger epidemic than they probably are. I don't think stories like that are normal. That's why they become articles, and why I try to have a little faith that things won't go to hell because the next generation has different values than ours.
  13. You know something is a bummer when you don't even enjoy a series in question, but you can still feel how much of a bummer it is.
  14. Ha ha ha. Summer vacations are a myth now.
  15. That weird Kingdom Hearts game should tickle your fancy.
  16. *level grinding intensifies*
  17. Ragnarok Online is an MMO I always seem to go back to eventually.

Lesson learned: the outside is not your friend.
  20. afk, dying in the heat
  21. It just wouldn't be FFVII without those silly scenes that help balance out all the existential and a-meteor-is-about-to-wreck-our-shit-gaiz world crisis issues. It even shares the problems I have with Cloud's non-FFVII portrayals. All in all, probably the most valid argument I've seen for why Cloud needs to dress up pretty.
  22. Probably for the same reason Namine got new duds: to make them distinct characters/to hide who they're related to, and because of the special circumstances of how they were formed.
  23. Does that mean there's a blonde-haired Donald drawing in a sketchbook somewhere?
