  1. hype hype for the Toy Story world and all, but it just reminded me of my concern about using Pixar's films: why are the Heartless toy-sized? There are clearly humans in this world. Wouldn't the Heartless go after them instead of or in addition to the toys?
  2. Ack! I don't notice these things. Belated birthday happy! I don't have a cake this time. Here's a birthday Poptart.
  3. Never leave home. Become a hermit.
  4. KH2 for me. We see him as a seemingly normal boy suddenly burdened by the power of some key weapon he never asked for, hunted down by some group he wants nothing to do with yet somehow has ties to. Then he gets to find out that, too bad, his normal life and everything he cares about is a lie, and he has to give up his false identity to awaken the half of him who's ACTUALLY important, all For The Greater Good. Sucks to be you, Roxas. I appreciate Days version, too, but it's not my favorite because he seemed very passive. I mean, I get it, Nobody and all, but he had a lot more spark in KH2.
  5. Bought a small bag of chocolate hedgehogs. The Sonics command me to eat them. They are delicious.
  6. Ventus is identical to Roxas who is similar to Sora who is 15, so I peg Ventus as the same age. His actual physical age is beyond me, since I don't keep up with Unchained. I personally headcanon Terra and Aqua in their early to mid 20's, but considering how they behave in-game, late teens isn't a big stretch...
  7. You can watch it if only for the opening and ending themes. They're so catchy it's stupid.
  8. In spite of myself, I think Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid is... actually pretty entertaining.
  9. My sense of humor doesn't feel like doing any work today.
  10. Kinda stoked those KH novels will be available digitally. Next time I won't have to sneak into the Teens section at Barnes & Noble while hiding my deep, deep shame.
  11. I was under the impression that Donald was always drunk. Why do you think he keeps mistiming his Cures?
  12. Sees rating on Fight the Darkness trailer: "Use of Alcohol." Silly kids, getting drunk on darkness like the cool people.
  13. Master Xehanort is gorgeous and we should all be self-conscious.
  14. I've wondered about that too, but as it's been mentioned, it's probably not something you're meant to think about too hard. Most elements in Kingdom Hearts are like that. If I had to take a crack at it with my own personal headcanons: 1: If the worlds are depicted like miniature planets, you'd probably just circle back the way you came. You can't get to places like the Lanes Between without some way to bypass the world's barriers. 2: The correlation probably depends on how much continuity you want to believe the Disney franchise has with each other. China in Mulan might be the same as the China in Tarzan, or you can believe the world of Mulan and Tarzan have their own versions of China. It's up to you, because I doubt it's a question KH feels the need to answer. I personally believe each Disney world is its own universe, with their own versions of China. My question is whether those Disney worlds are full-sized Earth planets like ours, or if it's mainly just China or Deep Jungle. 3: Stitch's native universe is never explored in detail, so I thought Deep Space's ship was just traveling through the Lanes Between/Sea of Stars/whateverthingy. KH has its own mechanics regarding different worlds, so having a giant galaxy with its own alien planets would seem kind of redundant.
  15. Doubt it, but it's fun to think of Vanitas as an anti-hero. All those Unversed gotta be useful for something.
  16. Anything related to modern medicine. I would not want a root canal in the 1800's. Oh, and those super fast boiler pots. It makes brewing coffee and tea much easier.
  17. It's a Kingdom Hearts.
  18. Spilled all my coffee on the floor and have been dropping things all day. It's only a matter of time before I destroy something that I'd really prefer not be destroyed.
