Mmm it depends of 3 factors combined, cpu speed, (more cores the better), ram memory (For today standars 4 is good, 6 is excellent and 8 is god) and the disk space. (512 GB - 720 do the magic) try to balance all of these 3 elements to make your own personal work, of course the max stuff involves much more money..
