Again, Nomura doesn't like to include things he didn't personally design (or otherwise have significant input in), the only real exception so far was Vivi from FF9 - only because the staff demanded it, and even then he tried to minimise Vivi's presence as much as possible. -

Nomura had barely anything to do with Chrono Trigger, that isn't going to happen unless there's a massive executive push (which itself isn't going to happen anytime soon).

Try Amazon, probably. If you have a bookstore within reasonable travelling distance that sells them direct but it's not in stock, you could try and ask them to order them for you (you still have to pay said bookstore's retail price once it comes in, of course, but I generally find it cheaper [if slower] than buying it direct and paying for shipping on top of that [no free shipping for me cause 'straya, where everything is exorbitantly expensive!).

Several volumes combined into one. Are they ever going to release the KH2FM-era anthologies? (Vol. 1 Other Diamonds, Vol. 2 Axel-Seven Days) I didn't get any indication of that.

At the possible expense of the rest of the world (if there's one constant in society, it's American hubris...). Yes it was basically shit vs. shit, but I at least had marginally more "faith" that Clinton would've been able to swallow her pride for just long enough when the chips were down, but I don't trust Trump at all to not "push the nuclear button" when things go bad.

I think most of the pro-Trump votes were done simply out of spite toward a political establishment/elite they felt failed them. And while I sympathise with that motive to an extent, I doubt Trump would bother attempting to fix that; he ran for this position primarily to fulfill his ego, and spite votes almost always end up biting one in the ass down the line (see: Australia and Tony Abbott). I'd like to say this might be the shock needed for the US to realise they plunged into the abyss long ago and need to fix their entire political system urgently, but...

Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face. This is basically what happened to Australia when it voted in Tony Abbott, but with much greater fallout (since the US has its hands in everything and we're just an isolated nation in the southwest Pacific).
