  1. I expected KH3 no earlier than 2015 before, now I'm leaning more towards 2016-2017 if FFXV doesn't come out in the next 12 months. Another thing to keep in mind is if a FFXV sequel is fast tracked that could slow KH3's progress even more
  2. Digimon had the better animes than Pokemon (that even when I was a kid held in contempt since the main character was a bad pokemon trainer), but Pokemon games are better in general
  3. New trailer, character art, and how they plan to tweak the battle system would be nice to hear
  4. 1. It's will be a 2 year old game on a current portable console 2. Who knows if BBS will even be playable on 2.5 and not a movie itself much less 3D 3. As many have said it wasn't teased in the credits of 1.5
  5. A new trailer for KH3 would be nice (hopefully something from the actual game and not a concept video).
  6. I expect nothing new on the Kingdom Hearts series to be announced till TGS, I would bet KH 2.5 remix to be announced and maybe a new KH3 trailer
  7. I don't think people are understanding that Wii U is in the same position spec wise that Wii was in, it's better than a PS3/360, but not close to X1 and PS4. It would be nice if they could, but it technically isn't possible without starting from scratch or releasing a shell of the PS4/X1 version
  8. To put it simply the prosecution failed to prove without a doubt Zimmerman wasn't defending himself. While I'm not so sure this is true (and let's be honest no one but Zimmerman will ever know what actually happened) we can only go by the facts and reason, and not by raw emotions that have proven to be poor indicators of guilt or innocence
  9. Favorites: 1. Smash Bros: Arguably the best local multiplayer series ever and an ever improving single-player experience 2. Paper Mario: I'm an RPG fan and this series in addition to Super Mario RPG have such a unique charm behind them. 3. Main Super Mario series: This is perhaps the most consistently great series Nintendo has throughout the years 4. Zelda: Great mythology, sound gameplay, memorable characters, and pretty much is the granddaddy of all Action-RPGs Least Favorable: 1. Donkey Kong: Less complaints of quality, rather than a lack of direction once Rare was sold. Between the bongo drums on Gamecube and the side scrolling installments (I like DK Country Returns, just feel like the franchise deserves a true sequel to DK64) I'm a little tired of experiments and safe decisions with it 2. Metroid: I want to love Metroid, but it's one of those series I couldn't get into 3. Mario Party: I need to put a disclaimer here, I loved the first 3 titles, but everything after MP3 has been repetitive and actually has less features after it 4. Kirby: I like the fundamental gameplay, but Kirby games tend to be big experiments that are a little too out there or not ambitious enough
  10. FFXIII did pretty well in sales, not the best in it's history, but above average. FFXIII-2 apparently didn't sell well at all though, so I expect XV to sell at the same level as the original XIII
  11. Majin Buu was such an odd story arc where the tone shifted in such extreme ways throughout. It managed to be both a gag manga (see the the Gohan high school stuff, most of the tournament, the characterizations of Buu, Gotenks, and Piccolo throughout, the multiple Gotenks-Buu fights that were gags, Vegeta and Goku arguing like an old married couple) and a very dark one (Everything for Gohan after the tournament, Vegeta's descent, Dabura, Kid Buu, the mass genocide by Majin Vegeta and Buu, every character was dead at one point in this arc)
  12. My rule for console buying is that it needs to have at least 10 games that I want and the console that is the best value as well (in terms of price/power/policies in this generation)
  13. Great business move for Square Enix, but I'm not sure how I feel about them developing the game essentially for the PC and then porting to PS4 and X1 it's easy to worry about performance issues
  14. I highly doubt they put resources into KH3 during DDD's development, but I imagine Nomura was writing the story during that time period. I would bet it really picked up in the last year after DDD was released. As for a release don't expect any earlier than 2015 based off what Nomura has said since they are still figuring out what they are doing with the battlesystem much less level design
  15. Was watching the Game of Thrones finale on my DVR while keeping an eye on the Sony conference, had to do a double take when I read it and got extremely excited after checking the trailer out
  16. Hardware limitations is the only reason why Wii U isn't getting it. I'd also bet the X1 version doesn't get released in Japan
  17. Wii U doesn't have the specs needed to run this game and if they did put it on Wii U it would be an inferior port by a secondary team like every Nintendo port since Wii
  18. Putting a AAA game on the PS3 in 2014-16 would be kinda silly and I'd rather have it on the best possible console (let's face it the PS4 is such a better value than the X1 it's not even funny)
  19. I really liked what the Osaka team has done with the KH series with BBS and DDD in both story and gameplay so my expectations are very high that this game will be no worse than solid gameplay and could be the best in the series
  20. I honestly did not expect KH3 to even be announced this year, much less tonight, such a pleasant surprise and pretty much assures I will be purchasing a PS4 at some point
  21. The Playstation 4 is not equal to a 2014 gaming PCs, it's more or less comparable to a current mid range PC (except for the ram which was better than I was expecting on the PS4). To put things in perspective I have a gaming PC that I bought in 2011 that has a better GPU, CPU, and roughly the same amount of ram. On topic: Wii U is a stronger and more efficient 360/PS3 so comparing it to the new Xbox and PS4 is a bad idea. It's not on par in specs with PS4 (which we know is about 2x better in some respects than Wii U) and the new Xbox, but it could provide some strong games nonetheless
  22. It wasn't that hard to understand what was going on in the plot, it was how things were happening that was far more complex and convoluted
  23. The root of hating on anime dubs came from the horrendous quality of 80s to early 2000s animes, when they were censored and/or changed altogether so it could be aired for young children. As for where the hating comes from today, it honestly depends what version you watch first for most people (for games I've heard minimal complaints on those dubs), for instance the funimation DBZ dub, while it's quality is pretty wretched, is the only way I watch my Dragon ball animes, whereas with Bleach and Fullmetal Alchemist I can't watch the english dubs for either since they don't sound right to me
  24. The original game is by far my favorite, perfect characters, story, gameplay, and even it's blocky graphics are great. If it's the compilation (which technically the original isn't a part of), Crisis Core was the only one that was a competent game and it was pretty fun
  25. I think a teaser trailer of the Birth By Sleep or Deep Dive mold would be smart, a full fledged trailer showing off the worlds and gameplay would be a bit much to ask
