  1. Am I the only one who thinks that the "new Mewtwo" looks like he has a windsock coming out of his head?
  2. Getting along with yourself is never easy, but so long as you're honest with yourself and act on that honesty, it gets easier )
  3. Can't say I disagree with your list, though I think Square Enix should probably be on it somewhere. It's because I love Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy that I say that Square has pretty much flubbed this generation of consoles.
  4. Yes, but this is the only one I regularly post on.
  5. I actually like them. They're not really different from studios putting old VHS movies onto DVDs or Blu-Rays, though in the case of remakes that isn't strictly the same concept. Still, I have no problem with good games being brought onto newer consoles.
  6. First of all and unrelated to the views he's espousing, this man is an obtuse ass, intentionally being belligerent towards people who have valid arguments and marginalizing people for where they live. For this reason alone I'm balking at the concept of getting the next Xbox, simply because I don't like how this man is representing the company. I know he's a single voice among many who work at Microsoft, so we'll see. Anyway... Orthy, Microsoft, and certain other companies seem to have forgotten the difference between a utility and a service. A utility is something that is outfitted to some degree in every home that make for the essentials of living, like electricity, water, etc. A service is something that you pay extra so you can have it, such as cable, phone, and more recently, internet. Internet is NOT A UTILITY. There is no "internet company" that has a low-bandwidth-standard-flat-rate internet in every house, right? So, Microsoft, when you build a product dependent on a service you are instantly alienating the people who don't also purchase that service. Their costs go up to use what you are selling. If the service you are demanding they have isn't available, then they have no incentive to buy your product. What if Comcast made a DVD player that would only play movies if it were connected to cable? Nobody would buy that DVD player! Ever! Cause no matter where you go, you had better be connected to cable, otherwise it's worthless. THAT's the problem with "always connected" hardware. The ONLY thing it does is limits a consumers usage. It doesn't enhance the experience. It doesn't add value to the product. It makes the consumer dependent on a service.
  7. My brain just exploded a little bit, because Eevee has so many evolutions just like the Doctor has so many different versions of himself it's a perfect fit! *INHALES Love Doctor Who, great show, tippy top.
  8. No, I can't imagine that being a realistic future world in Kingdom Hearts. And you're a step behind the times, Disney just shut down LucasArts.
  9. First of all it would have to be called Kingdom Karts, for obvious, punny reasons... Secondly, Kingdom Hearts doesn't really strike me as being compatible with kart racing, an opinion that was only reinforced after playing the racing minigame in BBS.
  10. Trainer fo'sho, with the intent of one day becoming a gym leader.
  11. The more I think about this the angrier I get. This didn't have to happen, and isn't inspiring confidence in Disney's ability to respect the properties they bought but didn't create.
  12. Kingdom Hearts first, then Days, then Chain of Memories. I WAS going to play CoM before Days, but they screwed that plan up when they decided to have special cards unlock after you watch Days. Not really complaining, of course.
  13. While you're at it, Pixar, how about a sequel to "The Incredibles"? Hmm? Please???
  14. Yep, and I'm on the search for another.
  15. I'm a console gamer, due to the lack of a proper gaming PC and more interest in consoles. I do play the occasional PC Minecraft and Starcraft though.
  16. Whoa, this is a surprise. I got all the one's that came out in the States before they discontinued, but I might pass on the new ones. Better to save the money for future games!
  17. Gotta go with Mewtwo, though Lugia isn't far behind.
  18. Only while writing or in the car.
  19. I'd like to see all of the "non-movie" worlds come back, like Traverse Town, Radiant Garden, etc. Worlds with cities, like Agrabah, that could be brought to life with more detail and NPCs wandering about would be nice (KH worlds always feel a little empty to me). I get your frustration for Olympus. I still want it in though, haha. There's so many locations from the movie they still haven't been: Phil's Island, Mount Olympus, the forest where Herc fights the centaur, the majority of Thebes, and the temple of Zeus are all unexplored.
  20. Sure have. Been replaying Dragon Age: Origins, and that game always sucks me in for unhealthy lengths of time.
  21. I loved those games, I've been hoping for a remake of them for a while. I actually kind of wish they had announced remade versions of those games instead of generation VI (not that I'm complaining).
