    They have been improving it with each game. I don't know if all scenes cuts will have animated expressions, but I think the majority will.

    Yeah some do not, due to there are fans who do not like anime and to them JRPG sounds anime-ish.

    You have to practice.Start with learing simple combos and when your ready go with more advanced.I'm not a pro at fighting games but i don't suck.
