Take the link from the share tab on a video, paste it to your profile, add &autoplay=1 at the end, and put the and tags before and after the link, so it looks like this: [ video ]http://youtu.be/u9zZus_1_ag&autoplay=1[/ video ] (without spaces of course)

Oh, no, just paste the link itself in. You don't need the embed code, but you need to put the "&autoplay=1" thing at the end. So it should look something like "http://youtu.be...q014&autoplay=1"
