Kingdom Hearts 3 release date, December 31st 2015? (speculation)
Yeah but they're running out of options. Belive me, I would prefer go without a game for a year but I bet they will again relocate resources and try to fill the time with useless projects... So far I only see the point in making 1.5 and 2.5 and they are really great. I would have been even better, though if they had put more effort into them and KHIII instead of making DDD in the first place...

New Nintendo Direct Broadcast Tomorrow
A new ORAS trailer would be nice. Maybe showcasing the artworks of the remaining gyms, Battle Frontier and new Mega Evolutions. Mega Flygon and Mega Milotic would be awesome. Maybe even a hint for Delta Emerald?

Kingdom Hearts 3 release date, December 31st 2015? (speculation)
I think late 2016 is feasible. 2015 might be DDD HD and if they still need more time they coudl release an HD compleate collection for 2016 for PS4 and release 3 in 17.

Best states for Colleges
Thank you for the suggestion. I'll look into it. I'm not a big fan of CA's high cost of living, though. Thinking I could have a decent house in the Midwest for the price of a city apartment is really not worth it. And with teaching, I want to graduate from a school in a state I want to teach in. Otherwise I'd have to retake the license in another state.

Best states for Colleges
San Jose CA? Does he like it there? Well, I got scholarships offered at most places, so I was primarily looking into the quality of living in these states and cities. I want to pursue a degree in education / teaching.

What has been your favourite gaming platform for Kingdom Hearts so far?
I don't really see the point of people not preferring PS2 and PS3. I mean, portable games are great for a change but, like watching movies on smartphones, I prefer to get the full details on a bigger screen. It's impossible to catch all the details on a portable device and the controls are limited as well. As for Ps2 and Ps3, PS3 wins clearly due to HD. To me, this looks like people preferring the original GameBoy over a 50" HDTV and PS3. Especially with Blu-ray as a medium, games are made to be enjoyed on a big screen as a major entertaining system rather than a small portable screen that does not clearly show the difference between 560i and 1080p. Besides, as was with ReCom compared to the GBA version and more drastically the new BbS in HD, it is easier to have a controller that is not integrated in the screen. At least for me, adjusting myself to a comfortable position away from the console and screen is important rather than clasping the screen, controller and maybe even a second screen. Don't get e wrong, Pokemon works perfectly on the 3DS but not so much for action-based combat and exploring with much details and precise platforming.

Let's Talk Positives and Negatives: Birth by Sleep
I loved BbS because it felt so mysterious and old-fashioned. What KHII offered in sparkling effects that felt new and refreshing, BbS felt like it brought back some old-times of Keyblade masters. The battle style fit the title well because the keyblade wielders in this game were more advanced or masters and it fit the more advanced attack styles better. KHII was more straight-forward and it worked perfectly with Sora's fighting style. The Worlds in BbS were also more ancient in the beginning of the game and based on the really old classics. I guess I liked those because these are some of my favorite Disney movies. DDD did not work so well because it didn't have that old-timey feeling nor the mastery or command styles. I think a dual system would work great for KHIII if Sora used the classic battle system exclusively and Riku, as a master, got the command battle system. As for my favorites, I Love KHII above all followed by BbS and KH1 tied on place two. Then followed by CoM and Days and ReCoded tied and least favorite DDD because of the battle system dilemma and the story that was more of an excuse for bad planning and rushed game development than anything interesting or thought-through.

Best states for Colleges
Because it's mostly Huge cities and rushed lifestyles over there. I've been to Boston and New York and Baltimore but it just freaked me out.Growing up between cornfields and farm shacks and everything above 10,000 people is called 'metropolis', I'm not very keen on moving to any city bigger than Indianapolis or Nashville.Besides, people are supposed to be friendlier and more relaxed In the Midwest and South. And it's closer to home.

Would you like to play Kingdom Hearts x[chi]?
Yes, I would like to. But only IF they rework the tedious leveling system requiring grinding to LV 200 in order to win agains a LV 555 heartless in a 30 minuest click and buy battle.... But I really enjoy the cute artstyle

Best states for Colleges
Hey guys, sorry if this is not related to anyting KH. It's just very important to me and I want to hear as many different opinions as possible. I am in my senior year right now but I already got some admission letters from colleges on the requirement I keep my GPA this year. I grew up in Iowa, but I got admitted in Colleges in these States: IA, IN, KY, TN, OR, WA also Boston, MA but I don't feel comfortable with the Eastern States. Concerning your experience, besides choosing the school that fits best, which States would you say are the best? Is there anything I should consider in any of these states? (Laws, crime, cultural differences, health care?) I'm on the fence because I really love IA and I don't really want to leave but I also really enjoyed KY and IN, also Nashville. Any opinions on Midwest, South or West coast states?

Dream Team releases Halloween Town movie
I think this looks great! Don't listen to the others saying this was "nothing special". It IS something special. You compiled the scenes from "a world" but you created something aking to a Kingdom Hearts: Halloween Special. It's great you used all the Halloween town scenes and added a touch of music. I remember very well the Halloween special some TV channels did some years ago. Technically, they "just" compiled spooky scenes from movies and cartoons, but the special feel of watching it shortly before halloween and getting creeped up with friends was truly unique. Thank you for creating this, I thorougly enjoy it! Maybe you'll come up with a Christmastown special next? Or a Sora and Kairi compilation for Valentine's day? Great job!

Nomura Discusses Kingdom Hearts in 2015
Thing is, this is not even too far-fetched; the ANOTHER Kingdom Hearts game before KHIII

"DDD Won't Work on Consoles"
Yeah but Maleficent illustrates it perfectly: in recoded AND DDD she has two short appearances and one try each to execute another of her schemes. In KH1 and 2 she at least has more of these short episodes that builds up abit of excitement and does not just feature one rushed episode. It's like they wanted to include a character cast of KH2 in DDD but they didn't take they time to develop each story. and in terms of Maleficent, recoded is more important. even in the remaster now, we learn about the tome, her schemes, how she learns about the data scape, her attacks, her defeat etc. DDD has just one letter, one attack and immediate defeat

"DDD Won't Work on Consoles"
Did you read his most recent Ultimania message interview? And yes, roxas having a heart was raised. But then resolved as being Ven's heart. I mean, Roxas was supposed to be the feeling nobody not supposed to exist among the heartless nobodies. Xion was supposed to be the fallen one. What's the point to bring characters back over and over again. You can only do this so many times. Not only does it lose logic and credibility, but it also destroys this images that made each character unique. By now we do not have a variety of characters anymore but just 2 stereotypes. 1) The keyblade wielder: a GOOD character that is incredibly naive, gets a keyblade sooner or later and if they ever die they are brought back anyway. 2) the bad guy: almighty persona that is superior in any way. Every cough and sneeze of any character turns out to be a part of his schemes or is a secretly prepared plan B. No matter how often you beat him he will EVER come back. You see, even if KHIII will continue on an old fashioned way, there is no diversity in the tons of main characters anymore. They are all heroes of light and keyblade wielders and technically they cannot defeat Xehanort ever because if Nomura feels like it, another incarnation that has been overlooked, because it was, say, standing behind the curtains in Hollow Bastion, will come back and revive the other 1000 norts. I think what KH really needs is a second director who keeps a more distanced view on the story development and also keeps an eye on Nomura. Nomura is great in surprising an audience but his techniques have turned into his own fan-service. I mean, he can't just do whatever he wants. If he changes his mind midway through a story, he can't just tell us everything so far has been a trick. Like an author writing a novel series. The hero dies in novel 2 and then, in novel 5 the author regrets this decision and tries to change the whole series by incorporating shitty mechanisms like everything so far was a dream (which would render the WHOLE story pointless) or like the hero just went on a secret travel mission and the one who was killed was his twin who had never appeared so far (which would ruin the credibility of both characters and world of the story) See what I mean? The only way to change such a major decision would be to reWRITE the ENTIRE SERIES from the point on where the character shouldn't die. Like Nomura would have to reMAKE Kingdom hearts 1 and include all the elements introduced after that. But this would ruin the KH1 feel. There is a difference between the technique that introduces something we havent noticed so far and introducing something that is not possible by what we know is based on!

Hidden leaf represent
Haha, depends. Laughed at and laughed at are two different things ;P Like people spitefully bullying someone because they think he looks funny. and people laughing at (as in laughing with) someone without discriminating or judging. I'm not saying you did discriminate, though.

"DDD Won't Work on Consoles"
I wouldn't put it that way. Dream Drop Distance is messed up. It doesn't show that our interpretations of the saga were wrong. KHII and BbS did that successfully. We suddenly learned about Master Xehanort and Apprentice Xehanort. DDD is so extreme, though, that it does not succeed but loses all its credibility. It seems more like Nomura decided at some point prior to DDD to make Xehanort the main Character (and he confirmed he is his favorite character) and he made the mistake to make him an almighty God-like creep. Hence all the points "proven" wrong in DDD, like the True Org., not only do not sound credible but they also try to tell us that ALL preceding games were wrong. However, those games were well-struck and therefore the DDD system collapses in itself because the beliefs prone in KH1, 2 and BbS are too well presented to be overthrown by a mere DDD. Therefore, the point of Ansem, Xemnas and Xehanort in DDD is lost. Those characters were great in all previous games and reviving them for DDD AGAIN is just stupid. Hence, the system collapses on top of itself and the whole saga takes a uturn with all this "Xehanort planned everything and oh he is so strong, and if he loses for the thousandth time we'll just come up with another way to revive all Xehanorts." It's just like Nomura is desperately trying to keep all Xehanorts alive. It would have been better iv Xehanort would have been revived EITHER as the young guy or the old coot, but not as 13 Xehanorts. It does not make any sense.

"DDD Won't Work on Consoles"
Oh they could change Reality shifts. Instead of dragging on the touchscreen, using analog sticks works perfectly. The other motions couls easily be replaced by pushing buttons at the right time. But the thing that bugs me about this is HOW MUCH EFFORT, RESOURCES and TIME they are going to waste on this that could lead to the completion of KHIII at least 1 year earlier if their ONE and only main goal would be KHIII.
-
"DDD Won't Work on Consoles"
Oh they will make it work. It's too tempting and lucrative for them to pass out on another chance to cash in. Despite no one really needs it in the first place. If they include a 5 min video in KHIII it'll do the trick as well. Even re:coded was more important. Why? re:coded's essence is: Mickey and the gang deciphered hidden data from Jiminy's journals. As data versions the characters debugged corrupted data and they also recovered lost data from the lost characters. Mickey writes a letter to Sora to invite him for a mark of mastery exam. Maleficent tries to work on new schemes using the digital worlds. It takes more to summarize this, as it is actually important to the story and as a standalone story. It is relevant for KHIII. DDD: Sora and Riku take the exam, Riku becomes a master, Sora fails Xehanort travels forward through time and back again. This story, as screwed up as it is, is not very important. The fact that Xehanort is now traveling through time and Riku is a master is told in one sentence and not too important for KHIII. If Yen Sid would give one explanation on enemies, like in KHII, he could cover ALL of what has been boringly extended on in 3D. Besides that, Coded was fun, 3D was buggy, rushed and pointless...

No Frollo Boss...
DDD wasted a lot of chances. The game would have been so much better if they had included party members from the worlds, Neku and the gang, Quasimodo Pinocchio Sam and Quorra (? what was her name again?) Mickey, Donald and Goofy Random Characters from Fantasia or Yen Sid himself Even though those were dream images of characters, seeing them appear and disappear was confusing And if they had included actual bosses: Reapers That creepy coachman monstro alone CLU Young Xehanort 1 (EPIC fght in front of the lava) Frollo Old Xehanort Anyway, this game was rushed and wasted a lot of material that could have been good - I don't think highly of it either.
