  1. It's ok, huge games like FF tend to have so much info thrown at us that one is always at risk of forgetting somethings, usually a second run through said game should help you understand it much better.
  2. Err, the very first game? The fayth of Bahamut (the little kid in purple you see several times during the game) tells you he's a dream of the fayth (as well as Jecht and their Zanarkand), that was brought to help defeat Sin for good, he tells Tidus that because of this once they defeat Sin the fayth will cease to be so they won't be able to dream him anymore, and because of this he would fade away. Yuna then finds the sphere of Shuyin in X-2 and learns that he's the original person that the faith used as a template to dream up Tidus. At the end she makes a wish to the fayth and they bring Tidus back.
  3. Tidus doesn't die at the end of FFX, he never existed in the first place, he was a dream of the faith based on Shuyin. Auron is the only FF character that has hints of being the exact same character that he was on his original game, everyone else is like having the same actor in 2 different roles on 2 different movies.
  4. Rating boards usually use previous released ratings for rate pending items so this means nothing, they just used the previous one until they can actually rate 3, and yes, I know 2 isn't the previous one, but it's the number before 3 so...
  5. It's totally random, just make sure you haven't reach max cards on your possession and it should drop eventually.
  6. None are what I would call hard games, Chi might be the most troublesome though, some of the later boss fights are ridiculous if you didn't spend hundreads of dollars to buy good cards. Re:CoM is a joke, understand the way it's supposed to be played and you can go through everything the game throws at you without even getting hit once, Card break and sleights break the game hard and takes the fun out of it.
  7. Shenmue is that game that sold like crap when it came out originally, but because it created some sort of cult following it's that one game that everyone knows that is so awesome and yet barelly anyone even played it, the fact that it was a trilogy that was never completed left those that did play the original 2 waiting and waiting for the eventual final chapter, and those that never played it, just by hearing others talking about it, just feel they need that perfect game on their lives. A shame though, because the game was really something special, when it came out, now? Not so much... it's basically a QTE type game, where things only happen during certain times of the day, so you basically have to go around doing stuff like playing arcade games, feeding cats, interact with people, get a job, etc, while you wait for the time to move so you can do whatever you have to do. The story is great though, it's a typical tale of revenge and doing whats right. But it's a game that was meant to be played back in the day, not now when what the game did before everyone else has been done to death by countless others.
  8. There's only one other game that would invoke the same kind of shock from people around the world like the FF7Remake and Shenmue 3's announcements did, and that game is Half Life 3, that's it, no other game would cause the same shock, and no other game will ever do, those 3 are the holy trinity of videogame announcements, nothing else would even come close to it.
  9. I've played every single one of them but 7 (did play the demo though, the full game I'll get to it eventually) even some most people never even heard about like the Confidential Report series for example, my favorite is RE3 followed closelly by the REmake, but I love all of the old school ones, the newer ones... err... lets just say that RE was once my favorite video game series ever and now they're not even on the top 10 anymore...
  10. It was a tech demo sure, a way to show of the technology behind the game, but in essence it's his own thing, not a preview for KH3 as a whole. A demo is a small part of a full game for people to get a feeling of the full product, 0.2 is not a part of KH3.
  11. Only that it isn't, not even the gameplay is the same, 0.2 was just something Nomura wanted to do for a long time now, and since the oportunity to do it has passed he used this chance to bring forward what little he had in mind. It's just a little something for the eager fans wanting for the next chapter.
  12. Your logic doesn't make any sense because 0.2 isn't a demo for KH.
  13. No, they couldn't clean them up, read what we told you, those are not rendered in real time like every other cutscenes in every other game, they're simple video files, only way to clean them would be to create them from scratch again, that would cost them time and money, and they wasted enough of both with the other problems with the first collection, like the fact that they had to rebuild the entirity of KH from a PS2 disc because they lost everything from the first game for example,...
  14. Re:CoM cutscenes are not rendered in real time, they're videos, no way to update those, has been like that since the original PS2 release.
  15. I did the 1st one on the PS3 in 4:30 more or less for the Speedster trophy, I did skip every battle you can walk away from as well as Olympus, 100acre woods and Atlantica entirelly though. Did it on Beginner at level 44 without changing equipment too.
  16. I would intruduce Oswald and make him a fellow student under Yen Sid that disappeared during his training, he would blame Mickey for leaving him to die and was taken under Xehanort's wing to seek revenge against him, he would later be betrayed by Xehanort and would end up redeaming himself by saving Mickey's life.
  17. Yeah, he just assumed that Disney wouldn't want to have their characters fighting each other, little did he knew that they where working on something like that themselves Here's a few concept art
  18. Actually Disney wasn't against it, in fact they never knew that SE was looking to do a game like that, Nomura was the one that thought Disney would be against the idea and scrapped it right away. A fan fact is that Disney at one time was working on a fighting game featuring Disney characters in the same genre as Super Smash Bros, it was eventually canceled though...
  19. Not exactly, it's heavly influenced by Alien and The Thing, but it does get my vote from the ones listed, best one by a mile, well, the first 2 at least...
  20. They didn't remade everything, they took the data directly from a PS2 game disc and worked from there, only thing they did was replace the original character models with the ones from DDD, again, create a brand new model for the Pride Rock that would barelly be seen by the majority of people was trivial then and even more so now.
  21. There's nothing to put back because there wasn't anything there in the first place, because the game was made with 4:3 resolution in mind they never had the need to create more for the rock, when they changed it to 16:9 it seems like part of it is missing, only way to fix that would be to create an entire new model and replace it, way to much trouble for something so trivial.
  22. Even if they give them away it would still take them too much time to be even able to summon one, Lea cheated by using an Hyperbolic Time Chamber where time moved faster so he could be ready to help Sora. Yes, he is, he was made Master after BBS.
