Just completed Jiminy's Journal on KH2 Final Mix!

Lol with the way we're all speculating, I'm sure at least one of us has to be right. Or close. And you rule out what people propose? What if someone ruled out what you propose? Like you said "difference in opinion". I also want an unexpected, thrill ride of a story.

I beat Lingering Will for the first time the other day and I squealed like a little girl.

I think people were upset because sometimes you really depended on a certain form, then you get anti-form. It can be frustrating in boss battles. But outside dire battles, it can be really cool and helpful considering the form is lightning fast.

Not a fan of Flowmotion at all. That being said, I'm glad they toned it down significantly. It doesn't look as "spammy" as it did in KH3D. It seems a little more natural which is a good thing.

The worlds/Unreal Engine and how crisp everything looks. I can't wait to explore new worlds on a larger and more detailed scale.

Destructoid was able to interview Tetsuya Nomura and ask him if Sora's new attire was able to change forms. He responded, "Yes. Form changes are being considered to bring back. I have enjoyed making different designs for different abilities in the past." This makes me so excited because Drive Forms are my all time favorite feature in any Kingdom Hearts title. If they were to return, which forms can you see being brought back? Which forms would you rather Nomura leave out? Or perhaps maybe new forms? I'd like to hear your ideas on this news.

Ah, good point. Xehanort might snatch her from the castle, but this might not mean we'll have to go to Beast's Castle. Xehanort could take her to Keyblade Graveyard with the other princesses and Sora might have to rescue them there. But with Kingdom Hearts 3, nothing is really off the table (except Deep Jungle due to loss of rights), so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Beast's Castle to return. One of my favorites.

I would love to see a Treasure Planet world but it isn't popular enough to make it into a KH game. We'll most likely see Toy Story and Frozen. Beast's Castle would've been a great choice but I think he turned into a prince in KH2 so there's no point anymore. AS long as I don't revisit Agrabah, Atlantica, and Halloween Town for the 735th time.

You seem to know exactly what's going to happen in KH3 then. That's gotta be some kind of super power . Kingdom Hearts throws so many tricks and twists no one can confirm anything. Terra might actually be the one to fight Xehanort in the end for all we know. Don't act like you've played the game already.

Not on Tumblr but I would imagine I'm not the only one who thinks this. And damn it....ITS BEEN 2 YEARS! I HAVE TO SPECULATE! A few people are saying Terra is on Xehanort's side of the board because he's still part of Xehanort's vessel. But again, some pieces aren't even shown. Maybe he is one of the omitted pieces...

Excellent point about the "defeated" pieces. Did you happen to catch which pieces were captured? If so, do you think that will foreshadow a related outcome in KH3? Maybe it's a little more in depth than we think. Maybe I'm just over-analyzing.

Fun fact: Mandy Moore actually voiced Aerith in the first Kingdom Hearts game. It would be interesting to see if she returns as Rapunzel.

Yeah definitely. But I was talking about that last shot specifically. Like those two pieces reached a stalemate, facing each other. ...well. It's just interesting to know it will come down to those two. A lot of people speculated Terra would be the one to finish off Xehanort for taking his body.

In the very last shot of the Kingdom Hearts 3 E3 trailer, the camera zooms in on two chess pieces put forth by Xehanort and Eraqus. The piece Xehanort put forth resembles that of the keychain Xehanort eventually wields. The piece Eraqus puts forth resembles the pendant Sora wears in every game. My theory is that Sora and Xehanort fight one on one in the final battle of KH3. No help from Donald, Goofy, or anyone else for that matter. It's already stated pieces represent characters (i.e Vanitas symbol), but this last few frames might hold special consequence on what's to come. What do you all think?

It's more of the character progression aspect I was referring to. But in a way, I kind of do like Ratchet from the first game. He felt more free and fun rather than teaming up with the Rangers. But hey, to each their own. I like Ratchet in any form, really. That's why I buy the games

I agree 100%. It's like Insomniac threw character development out the window. One of my favorite aspects of the first R&C game was the sarcastic and immature Ratchet warming up to Clank by the end of the journey, even if they literally argued for the duration of the game. With this reboot, it's like Ratchet and Clank instantly just get along and that doesn't feel right.

While I love Void Gear and Ends of the Earth, I'd have to go with the classic Oblivion and Oathkeeper. Bond of Flame as well.

Aqua has the best move set, but Terra has the best story.
