You're forgetting Ratchet has the RYNO Mk. I, II, III, IV and V. A weapon banned in literally all galaxies for how powerful it is.

I don't know, I mean isn't the ryno just an overglorified Rpg, I'm pretty sure jak got one of those in jak 2 or 3, and you can't forget jak's peace maker mod if we're relying strictly on guns. The only thing ratchet would have over jak is his sidekick and various weapons over his franchise, clank is definitely more versatile than daxter, but I don't think the sidekicks would be a deciding factor in a fight between them.
