so you gave up any hype for KH3 when KH2 came out, thats pessimistic.....

If we dont get a good chunk of news and footage (with actual progress made) shown in winter my hype is gonna totally die off after i finish 0.2. I hate how square enix handles their marketing for the KH series. It seems like they dont WANT to show us anything. Also someone here mentioned that he likes everything about KH but the story, which i cant understand. The only thing i dislike about KH is the gameplay except KH2's which is by far the best and very enoyable. The story was never hard to understand for me. What exactly is so complicated about it? Is it because i didnt play DDD yet?

Didnt really cry, but that last scene in KH2, where Sora and Riku meet the others at Destiny Island.... always touches me. It just has something to it like "I did it iam so happy" and it just transfers that so good to me. Also the soundtrack elevates it to a whole new level. Its these moments that make Kingdom Hearts special to me. I kinda expected people to choose Days, but I really thought I was forced to like Xion and I didnt like that. A tragedy doesnt make a good character for me.

after seeing sora i became a little sceptic too, but with riku and micky i thought it would be as you said, UE4 models. sigh, thats disappointing. Why cant they just use this style direction for kh3 ? y-y

dont get me wrong, i love how they look i cant get over the fact how good this looks man

since it is posted on the japanese twitter of unchained x, yeah it is, but still interesting to see how they look. i have seen some tweets saying similiar things to the comments under the 2.8 reveal trailer when we first saw riku kairi and micky at yen sids tower, things like "they look horrible/like plastic" thats the full tweet if anyone is curious: https://twitter.com/KHUX_PR/status/748471181750083585

how does jumping feel? i saw a kind of aerial dodge and aerial recovery. can you transition from jumping to comboing seemlessly? is there time you have to wait after touching the ground before you can walk? do you dash onto far enemies?

i can agree on pretty much everything. eventhough its combos are still a little bit to slow and floaty for my taste they at least look smooth and everything transitions in eachother without major interruptions. also its probably due to aquas fighting style that she is on the slower side. in KH3 iam pretty sure we will have some kind of combo+ or combo modifiers too.

i think we can all stop worrying i officially have full hopes on osaka team from now on

i dont know if this was already sayd but they actually have some kind of presentation at e3 http://na.square-enix.com/us/blog/square-enix-presents-e3-2016-program-schedule so there is still chance for surprise. i think its going to be the exact opposite. they wouldnt waste all these games before e3 if they dont have anything even better to show there.

to be realistic, kh2.8 trailer+release date and maaaaybe a small word about kh3, but i think they keep that for events later this year.

well they cant mess up the things i care for, they have to have some kind of opening song, and a last boss fight. so i guess i could oversee if they mess up the stuff in between since its already a mess (i have no problem if they fix it up in kh3 tho lol) gameplay is what made me come back to kh2 over all these years and i think its quite a bit more important than the story. i guess its really 50/50 here.

it would actually be funny if a publisher would release a game on the 31. december just for the sake of it not being a placeholder for once

as much as we know, kh3 has been in development for 3 years now (maybe 2 more if you count the time before e3 2013, but nothing concrete). Still not even half the time. not really intending to be harsh, but these "we have been waiting forever" comments are just tiring after some time

did i understand it right that you dont like the team because they prioritise working on a title (that also has many fans around the world) that has literally been in DEVELOPMENT for 10 years? thats just egoistic like i dont care about final fantasy that much either but they have waited for so long now its ridiculous. and btw, the team that is working on kh3 right now is the osaka team, not the tokyo team.

they will probably just take the original opening and put it on with a higher resolution ofc

i cant understand how anyone can prefer the osaka games combat over kh2.....

oh the irony for me its definitely TWTNW, if it is possible to tie it into the story somehow, for disney Pride lands.
