New Kingdom Hearts phone cases are now available for pre-order through Gain Garage, a Japanese online store for phone merchandise. These new phone cases display different artwork from Kingdom Hearts II, such as the cover art, opening scene, stained glass floor, and other parts of the game. These phone cases are available on iPhone 5, 5s, SE, 6, 6s, & 7, as well as Xperia X Performance, Compact, & Xperia XZ. The cases for iPhone 5, 5s, SE, 6, 6s and 7 are currently priced at 2,180 yen, whereas those for the iPhone 7Plus and Xperia are priced at 2,280 yen. They will be released on March 3, 2017 in Japan.

There'll rarely be any good KH ones, unless you can find a site that can customise cases for you. And you said "decent case". Samsung cases are abundant, I see them everywhere I go. Finding a good one though, that's the tricky part. There's always the Samsung cases and cases from companies like Belkin and Otterbox.

Also I don't know if Southern California is some kind of Samsung wasteland then, because I almost NEVER see any Samsung devices cases at any electronics store or store that caries phone supplies. It's always tons of Apple products, and if I'm lucky a really cheap or really expensive case for the Galaxy S line. I mean just look at these KH ones- they've got cases for iPhones from 2012 and almost nothing else. It's hardly abundant for me.

SkinIt looks like a good place for custom designs and they do the Note 5, as long as price isn't an issue. About $45. Don't know if they would ship to you though.
