The major update coming to Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ is now available in Japan! Featuring new story elements, multiplayer gameplay, and other additional features, Kingdom Hearts Union χ[cross] is available as a new update for the original application of Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ.

- Addition of Multiplayer Mode (Union Cross)

- Change of Opening Movie, Title Name and Title Opening Screen

- Addition of Theater Mode

- Change in UI Interface

- Other minor fixes

So excited for this to come to NA. Love the new dearly beloved.

OMG! I love this new Dearly Beloved! I don't know how Yoko manages to make so many arrangements and all of them to sound awesome and unique! I love the way the new intro started. So much like the actual series... I wonder how this is going to play out since they seem to have Ephemer and Skuld as the main characters... AAAAAHHHHHH I'm over excited and want to start now!

Now all that's left to do is wait for server maintenence to finish.

For those who is playing the japanese version, is someone having trouble with the update to KH Union Cross x ? 

 

Theatre mode? Does that include Season 1? If so, that makes it so much easier to catch up.

Wow, so this is how Union X looks like, huh? That title screen is looking gorgeous, and I love that it's gone back to Nomura's hand drawn illustrations! Don't get me wrong, I loved the title screens for Back Cover and 0.2, but I really think the title screens should stay illustrated, ya know? And also, good lord, how can Yoko Shimomura continue to come up with new ways to diversify Dearly Beloved!? She always manages to make it sound new every single darn time! I love it!

 

I really can't wait till we get this update next month! It's gonna be insane!

Just updated but for some reason it's not running for me...
Anyone else having issues with a blank information screen past the title screen?

That new Dearly Beloved theme was the best version since Dream Drop Distance in my opinion!!!
