• KH1: Just the last section of the game when you go to the last world it is so mysterious:)

• KH2: Twilight Town return as Sora actually all the parts with Sora in it, Hollow Bastion second visit the hole battle was epic ooh and The final stage in the world that never was, the art design, level design, architecture, colours, mystery feel/surrounding, the Nobodies, story and etc make this so good when you enter the castle of the Organization
• BBS: It has to be the part when Aqua fights Braig and Vanitas at the end but I find the hole end part of Aqua so well done it is hard to choice

• KH3 every level was amazing guys totally worth 12 years wait of my life!

just off the top of my head i would say in KH2, during one of the visits to Hollow Bastion, that entire sequence where you fight alongside the FF characters and it all leads up to the 1000 Heartless Battle was always a favorite of mine. What makes it better is at that point you're riding off the excitement and determination from that whole "Goofy's death" scene. Really gets you pumped.

 

Also gonna say another favorite is from KH2 again and it's the final battle sequence at the end. When you enter the door and "A Fight to the Death" starts playing it gets so hype. From there to the end is probably my favorite sequence in a KH game.

for me its 

KH1:  the first and last section of the game the first because there is something that gets you hyped up so extreme you just look at the cover as a kid and cant wait to get into all those disney worlds. the last section because it does a wonderfull job of creating this feel of nostalgia within the game and the way in which it prepares you for the even bigger emotional ending you KNOW this last section will be the end and you are happy and sad at the same time that you know that it will soon all be over

 

Re chain: well its basically KH1 reloaded but I do like the last the hallways

 

KH2: agree twillight town is a marvel and the fact that you cant just return right away after you left fits the narrativ really well its the perfect chill starting zone while at the same time you get this feeling that there is something going on behind your back at all times (because there is)

 

BBS: it would be keyblade graveyard I just love places that tell you a story

 

358/2 DAYS: Don't know either I guess its the cutscenes where they sit on the clocktower though its not a level but who cares

KH3: Do you remember that part when destiny islands colided with disney castle that formed a unified world? SO FREAKING COOL!

358/2 Days: Long time since I played this game so don't remember any of the missions being particularly exciting.
BbS: Neverland (finally get to visit the main island in Neverland and it's gorgeous)

Re:coded: Wonderland (despite having appeared far too many times throughout the games this version felt fun again, for some reason)

DDD: Traverse Town (really enjoy seeing more of this warm, dark and peaceful town)

KHuX: Dwarf Woodlands (I wish the version of the world which appeared in BbS was equally creepy)

BBS 0.2: Forest of Thorns (this twisted version of Enchanted Dominion is just perfect with the heavily intruding thorns and stressing music)

• Birth By Sleep: The Keyblade Graveyard, hands down! That's where all the heavy stuff happens!

• Kingdom Hearts: I think my favorite world would have to be Olympus Coliseum, since that world is a hotbed for level grinding, especially when one gets to the Hades Cup and the Secret Bosses there!

Re: CoM: Castle Oblivion proper, when Sora gets to the top at the end, is just a favorite level of mine! Finally getting to confront Marluxia is so rewarding, since he's just an amazing villain and all! X_X

358/2 Days: I liked the Neverland portions of the game, as the locales were different than in Birth By Sleep, so there was always good variety!

Kingdom Hearts II: Port Royal! I love the Pirates Of The Caribbean franchise, and just having this franchise appear in Kingdom Hearts always made me happy! And I'm really hoping it returns for Kingdom Hearts III!

Re: Coded: I'd say the final segment in which you have to debug Riku so that you can reach the Journal's innermost data! That was pretty awesome!

Dream Drop Distance: La Cite De Cloches! Good God, I love the Hunchback Of Notre Dame, and I'm so happy this film made it as a world in the Kingdom Hearts series! And Yoko composed some beautiful epic music, both field and battle themed, for this awesome world!

0.2 Birth By Sleep: A Fragmentary Passage: The Depths OF Darkness, definitely! Just getting to explore the deepest part of the Realm Of Darkness was awesome, and confronting the Demon Tide was a thrill!

KHBBS: Radiant Garden

KH1: Hollow Bastion - Kairis inside me? lol no.Crazy how they built up malificent the whole game but Riku ends up being the big boy of the castle. One of the most intimidating level in all KH games for sure.  

KHCOM: Destiny Islands -The only game you actually get to play on destiny islands besides the beginning of kh1. No better world then destiny island to lead of to the final riku replica fight. Plus the world hub music is one of my favorites.

KH2: World That Never Was -From the seemingly infinite hordes of heartless in the city to the cunning powerfull Org 13 members in the castle its one of the most action packed levels in the game. The moment Xemnas traps you in his allusion at the top of his castle and 1v1s you to disappeared was really chilling.

KH Days: Neverland - Who dosent enjoy flying in kingdom hearts games?

KHBBS: Radiant Garden - Finally getting to fight with your two friends was great, I think the game needed more of that. Plus watching Xehanort tie himself to a pole and act defenseless all to screw with terra was pretty great.

KHCoded: Castle Oblivion - All the allusions and questions you needed to provide through this level made it stand out from the rest of the game. Plus who dosent think Castle oblivion is mysterious as hell. Plus you get to fight and see roxas again.

KHDDD: Symphony of Sorcery - Such pretty music, whenever the orchestra music picks up in a battle it gets me pumped.Plus the world itself is one of the most beautiful of KH games.

KH0.2: Dwarf woodlands - Going through the magic mirrors to fight your dark reflection was a cool narrative. Not to mention mirror aqua is the best/coolest boss in the game. Anyone else fight her secret boss form its hella crazy.

Most of the worlds tied to the actual central plot near the end of a given game. Hollow Bastion in KH1 and The World That Never Was in KH2 and DDD for instance. For COM basically everything that takes place in the actual Castle Oblivion instead of the faux Disney worlds is my favorite, and with Recoded that goes to the Castle Oblivion portion of the game too. 358/2 Days would have to go with The World That Never Was as well, specifically the part where Roxas fights his way out of it. BBS is much harder for me to choose from because I LOVED all it's worlds so much so I'm not sure, but I guess I'll give the gold to Deep Space because I love sci-fi in general much more than fantasy.
