In the latest conference call for investors, Matsuda-San told us this:

“Development efforts for major titles are underway at both our overseas and domestic studios. We will be making announcements about the release dates of those titles between the end of FY2018/3 and E3.”
 

But! According to President and CEO Yosuke Matsuda some will come in the next months! 

for those who don't know FY2018/3 means April 1st of 2018. E3 2018 will be in June. Yosuke Matsuda 
It's not saying that he is talking about Kingdom Hearts 3 per see, but he is saying that it's about ''Major Titles'' and I think it safe to assume that he is (also) talking about Kingdom Hearts 3

So what do you guys think? I Personally thought they would make the release announcement on D23.

if it was the case, an E3 release announcement would be a bombshell if they announced the date and it was only a couple months away with a worldwide release.

Okay. I see what you are saying. I would say if they were to announce a release date, it could be at D23 Japan, at the KH fan event announced recently, or at E3. I would say the last is most likely.

looking at the the fan event and xv uncoverd tehy both are 80 minutes so i ownder if they going that our xv uncoverd event for kingdom hearts and if it is i hope they stream it

The only major titles I can think of is FF7 and Tomb Raider.

 

KH3 will get it's FF15 treatment with D23.

No, that's not correct. FY 2018 began on April 1st, 2017. The report was to summarize thru 6 months. I don't really understand why there is a /3 at the end of it because I've never sen another number behind it. You were originally correct that the announcement may be between April 1st and E3. Also for clarification, they said that the announcements would be starting after FY2018/3, which is April 1st. One last thing, on your viewpoint. You have FY2018/3 starting on April 1st and ending on June 30th. E3 is in June, and since they said it would be after FY2018/3, then how would that work?

It's just a range of when SE will announce some Release dates. Nothing that special between April and June except E3.

WE GET A RELASE WONDER FOR THE RELEASE WINDOW HOLEEE CRAP.

 

If they don't announce it at E3 they're missing a trick, it has a much bigger audience then D23 will ever have.
