Do you guys think that Darkness will be an actual spell for Sora’s use in KH3? After all, it’s implied that Sora will have to “call upon the darkness” by Xemnas.

 

I’m thinking maybe as crescent waves that strike the enemy rapidly. The tiers could be Darkness, Darknera, Darknega, and Blackout.

Would be an interesting addition to the standard moveset. Maybe Riku could have it as one of his spells if he ends up being playable in KH3.

Could be something like Shadowbreaker in DDD. I think darkness might be something a little different though.

The closest dark spell Sora was able to use was Shadowbreaker in Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance.

I'm not saying it's stopping him. I'm saying that Shadowbreaker is the closest dark spell Sora has been using. Sora could use Darkness if Nomura wanted him to.

Hmm. I dont think so. But if (and im sure we will) we can play as Riku, im sure we will be using dark magic!

Technically, he could use Gravity in KH1, Magnet in KH2, etc., and they're pretty Darkness...y.

Well, Blackout kinda counts as a darkness themed spell, but if we're talking about another type of darkness styled spell, then sure, I'd be game for it! Seeing such a spell would be a feast for the eyes!

A base Dark spell? Would totally love one.

I've always wanted the opposite, a Light spell (Light --> Lightnera --> Lightnega --< Faith --> Salvation)

​Ever since RECOM after I saw Sora's illusion (Zexion) attacking Riku with a light attack and I've been hoping to have a Light Spell

​Maybe Light could be a small singular ray similar to RECOM, Lightnera would have a thicker singular ray, Lightnega would have two thick rays, Faith with three light rods spinning around the player (like BBS and 3D) and lastly, Salvation 

 

​As for the Dark spell, it would really be interesting to have it too. Dark could look similar to Gravity from KHI, Darknera could look similar to Gravira, then we would have Darknega which would look similar to Zero Graviza (from 3D) in which the player casts a huge ball of darkness that attracts all the enemies and hurt them badly, then we would have Darkneza, which would look similar to Transcendence (the same ability of BBS) in which the player casts an anti-gravity field full of darkness 

​So it's like Dark --> Darknera --> Darknega --> Darkneza or Darkness 

​Or they could make it Dark --> Darknera --> Darknega --> Transcendence
