No, I’m not joking. These designs have been leaked; they are allegedly the starter Pokémon for Generation VIII (I guess the one for Switch, idk). If you look around, you’ll notice the same “CONFIDENTIAL” that appeared on the leaks for the final starter evolutions for Pokémon Sun and Moon.

 

What’re you’re thoughts on this? Personally, I think they’re real due to how much more official they look compared to the Alola leaks. Whether they are or not, we just have to see, and I feel like this warrants a little discussion.

I’m not believing these until it’s comfermed. That bunny is cute though.

So, a lemur, a bunny rabbit and a platypus! Dang, it's too bad that these are fake designs, they look way too legit, and I would have loved it if these were the starters for the next gen of Pokemon! If this would have been the case, then this time, I would have really had a hard time choosing between the three, since all three look way too awesome and adorable! X_X

Yup but they are pretty talented.

You gotta admit though, there are some fan designs that are even better than the established designs we have already in the Pokemon franchise! If there comes a time when the creative minds at Game Freak start losing that creative spark, they should definitely hire a talented team of fans who can come in and make excellent designs like the ones shown here in this thread!

 

Granted, ever since Black and White, though, many Pokemon designs have been hit or miss. Not all of them, but a good many, ya know?

I know, right? Game Freak should really take notes from the fan designs! Heck, with the permission of the fans, they should seriously consider to use the best looking fake designs to make them into legit Pokemon for future titles!
