I don’t really like yen sid anymore . Mostly because he lost my respect by failing sora during the mark of mastery in ddd even though sora saved all their sorry selves not once but twice already... but if i had to pick something it’d probably be that awesome beard

He gave Lea a keyblade. #Ihadto

His wisdom and knowledge. It is so important to the story and it enriches everything.

His wisdom, because he reminds me of an old Jedi master, or an experienced wizard of Middle-Earth! Overall, every time that Yen Sid speaks, the rest must remain silent! The guy has truly got an epic voice! He also has a beard that could put Gandalf and Saruman's beards to shame!

 

His outfit also happens to be pretty simple, yet effective for the character's appearance, and he lives in a magical tower in the middle of nowhere! How awesome is that!? I also like that it's mentioned that he's had a past with Xehanort and Eraqus, in that he was also a Keyblade Wielder, but he doffed the mantle! I would like some more exposition on his past with Eraqus and Xehanort! It'd be awesome to know more about his early years! I'm sure that if he were to fight with a Keyblade now, he'd be a pretty powerful force to be reckoned with, if not already with his mighty magic! I also love how he delivers exposition, it makes everything have that tone of urgency and direness!

 

Plus, Yen Sid=Disney!

 

I don't know why people say his eyes are creepy! If anything, they're badass, beady little things!
