Brian Wilson. The compositions would be amazing

Hmm none of them really. But I might chance my mind once I heard the opening theme "Face My Fears" next year on Jan 18th.

To be honest, none.

There are countless great and not so great artists out there, some even suitable for KH or working together with either Shimomura or Utada, but I also think that having too many people play a large role can make it worse in the end. Immensely popular idols such as Ariana Grande and the like would make me believe that their opinions matter more than the actual director's since their influence is bigger, and I don't see a reason wasting too much money on a name to advertise KH. Unless they'd do it for free, but even then I would remain skeptical.

If help is needed it would be fine since Shimomura writing all of it alone requires quite a large amount of effort and even other games sometimes borrow other composers for select works. Not necessarily as a collaboration but to work on their own to reduce the workload on the main composer.

I don't know if Skrillex is a good choice in the end, we will see that in January, but I am happier with a less influential artist who doesn't see it as a stage to promote only their own image and demand a lot of money for their services.

Maybe I am harsh due to the fact that I'm not exactly too fond of what is currently considered popular and that no one can guarantee to deliver a song which will appeal to me or a majority, but KH's budget is already tight, considering that the lack of localization is not only a time but also a money issue. After all, it's not only adjusting lip movement but also paying the voice actors. (Which doesn't bother me but I guess a lot of people would be angry if they invested a huge amount into some idol.)

It would be cool but I don't think it would fit in, sadly

Hatsune Miku could appear as a character instead, though

Maybe Nobuo Uematsu, otherwise I'd say none. I'm fine with what we have now. :D:)

apart from idina menzel and nobuo uematsu, who are any of them?

edit: wait i know lea solonga is

I'd actually would love to hear Mamoru Miyano (voice of Riku) do some singing work with Utada Hikaru. I feel it would be so impactful to hear an actor and singer finally do some music work on the series that started his entire career. Case some of you don't know, Riku was his first ever role in his acting career. Since then, he's done a lot of memorable roles in anime and was given a name in the music industry in Japan. It is all thanks to Kingdom Hearts that gave him a reputation we admire so dearly. So, I think it would be awesome to hear some collab between him and Utada for KH3. I don't know, just some thought.

As for amongst the list of what's there, hearing Hatsune Miku for KH3 would be interesting as well.
