I'm not entirely convinced we are done with world announcements. I remember Tron and something else being announced like a week or 2 before KH2 dropped.

Yeah, I was just wondering about Chasm's post about Tron being in KH3.

The marketing for this game is a lot different to KH2, and Nomura confirmed we would know all the worlds before release, which I was kind of meh about, I like being surprised.

We've got a good number of worlds, I don't think there'll be anymore

Oh gotcha!  If that's true, I hope we do get a secret world that was never in any of the trailers.  It seems pretty flimsy to have that hope since we're so close to KH3's release date.

Yeah, before the Xbox18 trailer I was guessing one more world only, and then 100 Acre Wood got announced...

So really my hopes aren't high, unless they do a surprise announcement in January to give a burst of hype. But then, what world would be that hype worthy?

Who knows?  Maybe some unseen cutscenes or probably a cameo of our UX's OC being able to fight against Sora.

Right, but in terms of Disney Worlds I don't know what would be bigger than say Frozen or The Caribbean. Obviously lots of people want worlds like Treasure Planet, Atlantis etc but would they be worthy of announcement this close to release? I'm holding out some hope for Princess and the Frog but my expectations are low.

I mean, we could get Agrabah or Atlantica returning but I don't think many people would want to see those worlds returning, especially with how irritating Agrabah has been in UX and the pass KH games and nobody wants to put up with the musical that was given to us in KH2 and the controls for Atlantica in KH1 were pretty wonky.

I've actually seen a few people wanting to see Agrabah return. I think it would be great. It's different enough from the other worlds' setting and the "Aladdin and the King of Thieves" storyline could be used for the world to finish off the trilogy. I would enjoy seeing Agrabah return.

I would be happy to see it's return.   Though that would mean calling back of Agrabah's voice actors and Sa'luk's voice actor is no longer with us.

Yeah people were speculating the Turtle? I'm not familiar with that movie so idk.

That's unfortunate. But they could always find someone new to voice Sa'Luk. I mean, Xehanort's voice actor also passed but they still found someone that fits the role.

Yeah, it's possible.  The guy that voiced Sa'luk was also the voice actor for Lumiere from the animated version of Beauty and the Beast, his name was Jerry Orbach and he died back in 2004.

I didn't even remember that to be honest, I had to google it but from what I'm seeing that could a VERY cool world.

Oh, sad to hear it. I really had no idea. Lumiere is truly an iconic character so he's left his mark on the world for sure.

They can get Jeff Bennett on board.   I believe he voiced Lumiere in the games.

I don't think they're going to announce more Disney worlds. From a marketing stand point it doesn't make sense since the Disney inclusion is what sells the game. They might keep Disney character cameos a secret though.

We could have Genie as a summon again.  Doesn't anyone get tired of him as a summon though?  Can't they like combine Aladdin, Genie and Carpet into one summon or something?

I agree. I think we've got our complete world list for KH3. I do think there will be a few more Summon/Link announcements. KH2 only had like four and I know a lot of people were frustrated about that, so I imagine there will be a few more summons. BUt in terms of world announcements, I think we're done. The reveal of Cable Town/Scala ad Caelum seemed to have an air of finality to it, as though it's supposed to be the grand finale of sorts for world announcements.

Still holding out hope. Still seems weird to me that they wouldn't at least tell us we aren't getting any more disney worlds.

I feel one more in January during that event in Japan would be right on the mark.

I believe you can watch King of Thieves on Youtube.  The movie certainly beats Return of Jafar.  The turtle was pretty much the hub of the Vanishing Isle.  Cassim, Aladdin's father and his goons crashed Aladdin's wedding just to get some scepter that contains a transparent being called the Oracle.  She only allows one question.  Aladdin pretty much goes after his father to rescue from Sa'luk and the remaining forty thieves.  They get to the giant turtle and go after the Hand of Midas, a golden hand that can turn everything and everyone it touches into gold.  Sa'luk, the antagonist in the movie threatens to murder Aladdin after Cassim throws him the treasure.  Cassim before he is about to attack Aladdin turns into a golden statue and falls off the floating hand that holds the statue that carried the Hand of Midas.

Genie gets the gigantic sea turtle to dive back into the ocean and everyone escapes, except Sa'luk.  I believe the Hand of Midas lands in the ship that the remaining forty thieves were sailing in and in turn caused their ship to sink.  Aladdin and Cassim and Iago part ways.
