Well it's not new. Blizzard is doing the same with their WoW patchnotes

And i'm pretty sure companies allow a very set character limit on what you can write or not in patch notes.

most of the patchnotes show only 5-10% of the changes

i think i will boot up my save then and see if i have to finish some stuff up
