did anyone else notice they took out "drink up" from the lyrics of the pirates theme in KH3?

They removed a lot of things from pirates tbh

Instead of Three of you tried to kill me

Jack says three of you tried to annihilate me

I really think they should've followed pirates 3's story a little longer for the world

it was such a watered down version

Shipwreck cove isnt even in it

Because god forbid you say “kill” in kh

I swear they've said kill at some point

Can't remember if in the JP versions, they say kill and all that just fine...

But they always use synonyms such as ‘destroy’ a lot

They even censored kill in KHUx

it's so weird that they're perfectly okay with these synonyms that sound a lot more brutal and harsh than kill

Like.. if you tell someone you're gonna destroy them

or slay them

etc..

that sounds a lot harsher.. ?

They use words like 'sacrificed'

The scene where Ven asks Aqua and Terra to kill him being a big one

"put an end to me"

"Put an end to me"

Had he said kill, it would have had a stronger impact

KH3, the closest we've gotten to battle quotes also just having villians outright being like "Just die"

Is whenever they use words like sleep

Like ansem saying "Sleep in darkness"

since we found out sleep and death are closely linke(Since that's how a lot of real world myths tend to depict them),they're basically getting around just saying "die"
