Wasn’t it the end of summer when Sora leaves the memory pod in KH2.

Because when they meet the Twilight Town crew they mention Homework and independent studies.

And didn’t they one of the Twilight Town members mention “looking for a summer job.” In KH3 ?

In japan, earliest you can work is 15 or 16, so the age doesn't say a lot about them working

Also abput the 358/2 days thing. The organization members got a day off and it was the weekend or something for them

Something I thought was really funny about 358/2 was when vexen is chaperoning roxas on a recon mission and roxas is aboit to knock on a door and he's like "WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!? WE ARE A COVERT ORGANIZATION!"
