Well with the appearance of Lauriam I dont think thats true

That they would support him fighting the 13

and also I believe nomura is going back to characters he liked and giving them more of a reason for being there

Rather then them having absolutely no backstory at all

By retconning there personalities

tbh I like that he brought them back

But he could of done something less shoehornie

all of these characters have huge potential

I like they're back

I hate that they're in ux

same

Lets face it nomura is not keeping track of the story at this point

Like giving them normal lives or having them work separately from the organization

Like he has just decided to let the pieces fall where they may

On God as soon as I saw the ux update where ven was there I just fuuckkin sighed

Honestly

Nomura just needs a decent writer or he has to return to his days mood where the writing of Roxas and Xion was pretty good

He is but he is trying to expand it, and obviously is trying to run around things he never thought through when they were originally written. Everything prior to 2 wasn't really heading towards the story that BBS introduced.

Then Lariaum shows up and you get a headache
Then Larxene shows up and it turns into a migraine

Like he needs to bring down the crypic stuff and focus on the cool zaney but heartfelt things

Nomura also had his highs in KH3 with Sora, Donald and Goofy.

I think he needs a better focus for each game. He had something with 3 but he is suffocating his own story with too many plot devices

but only 3 characters is not enough
