the game gives the player the option to just let the time run down on finishers, meaning you literally dont even have to press triangle to activate the finishers

I can also explain why this mechanic exists

I had a thought recently

bc new players or players with less experience in action games are most times overwhelmed by all the mechanics

especially in kh3 where mob fights can become very chaotic due to the high mob density
