also KH games have never been about making good combos

thank god kh isn't a dmc copy

thats not it really just it needs more option and diversity in gameplay

the only thing that is good about dmc's combat in comparison is that the dps of the abilities doesn't matter due to style ranks. bc actually dmc 5 has some insanely unbalanced abilities

and combos started in kh2

with the way you can extend and mix things up

combat in the next game would be already better if they remove the switching lag and make transformations faster accessible

but I don't know if this would be against the rpg aspect

If you pick mage route for example you shouldn't be forced to do melee combos

or to use melee abilities

I would prefer if every route gets its own abilities, keyblades and combos. but this will never happen due to being too much effort

Dmc5. I was talking to all the DMC games

Also ofc it's not because it ain't a full fledged action game

What makes DMC combos better is the sheer number of options and just how incredible they feel when you master them

The stuff you can pull off is pretty great

patching before remind release would be dumb tbh

because then they can't use these fixes for Remind marketing

and makes it also unnecessary confusing for ppl

Would be dump to keep patches in just remind. If it's stuff to help out the game, then it would be separate from the dlc. Probably would be out the same day as remind tho

yeah patchnotes on the same day as limit cut + remind is better imo

the only reason why we got fixes in the past is due to crit release

I doubt that they will patch guard and the camera btw

:treckSad:

pirates on lvl 1 is btw rough :treckFridge: the mobfights are really hard bc of these anchor heartless

What publisher in their right mind would put update patches inside a paid DLC?

Bethesda

seasalt_shinji

Really? Wow, that’s lame.

yeah skyrim had some patches in one of its dlc's. until modders ripped them from the game and re released them for free on the steam workshop

pain

I didn't know about this. That's neat

What I want for Remind:
Nerf Links
Fix Guard
Fix Camera and Lock on
Make Countershield a Situation Command instead of putting it on the Attack command
Remove endlags of Shooting Star and Pooh
Buff Shooting Star Missile Damage
Increase the Duration of the first Shooting Star and Pooh transformation
Decrease Magic Damage of the pirates keyblade
Fix the finisher of the "Claw" transformations
Buff Magic Damage on Crit
Remove the flow motion thing from Aero
Fix the Camera of the Olympus Keyblade finisher

Nerf Ever After Magic stat

Buff the Attack Damage of the Toy Box Keyblade

And make skills like Trinity Guard etc. like Limits in 2FM

Add 1 or 2 additional blizzard boosts to the transformations of the frozen keyblade

there's still more tbh

xD

Nerf Ever After Shotlock Damage by 5-10%

fix the buffering between the keyblade switching
