they shouldnt have brought back the old org members as part of the new organization 13

they should've been against the new org and all help you fight them

the others, besides Isa who is actually posessed, shoudlve been brand new characters

There is no reason Marluxia would go back to help the organization outside of the stuff with his sister

which doesnt have anything to do with helping org 13

They probably didn't feel like going through the trouble of making new characters

They didn't even need to flesh out new characters anyways
