I feel like Roxas, Xion, Isa and Lea will stay in Hollow Bastion for the next game. The only reason right now for them staying in Twilight Town is Ansem's computer and the mansion. It really depends on if they give ansem and the mansion more story. Otherwise they have no reason to stay in Twilight Town, when all the shit regarding the girl happened in Hollow Bastion

RGs lore withstanding, the real reason Sora should always go back there is as a world it is still tied closely enough to the outer goings on of the universe - although not as extensive as other og worlds, but more importantly its Sora's home base where he as a character goes to recuperate and collect himself

What is the underwater thing, what is that building to the side and the one underwater too, there's just things they could go back to if they wished

He goes there whenever he has an idea he needs to test
