And comparing it to 3’s

3's mix is really damn good

all the KG mixes are fun

I'm a bit disappointed with the lack of new stuff in 3, but the remade stuff is at least amazing

I finally understand Vanitas theme after all these years

I think the amount of remade stuff is still ok, better than in games like mario or zelda where almost every soundtrack is remixed or completely copied

Shimomura did a great job on the disney themes and the remixes but she didnt do enough new stuff

we didn't get new characters this time

new soundtracks where all in the disney worlds

for original content they used a lot of remixes

Also the KH3 remixes are perfectly themed.

Like how the mechs theme in the Toy Story world is a reference to the “Big Arm” Heartless in Traverse Town.

Also in The Caribbean when you fight that Giant Fish Monster. It plays the song that plays when you Fight Ursula in KH1

she has to come up with maybe 7 themes with the foretellers and yozora
