Well one way is maybe if you dragged it up to the top to remove from the home screen but accidentally drag it to the "uninstall" next to it and just confirm yes without thinking because you're in a downward spiral of depression and can't focus on anything and a stupid gacha game took you away from the hell of living for just a few minutes each day so you didn't pay attention to the phone
