Took my sister at least seven tries till she got her license at the DMV

The most basic one you can do is this:

1. Inhale for four seconds
2. Hold for four seconds
3. Exhale for four seconds

This returns your breathing to normal and tells your brain it’s time to exit panic mode.

I had to do it twice myself

I'm more stressing about the fact that something will happen bad to me if i dont pass it. Let's just say my mom is....something.

My 2 oldest brothers well, it took one of them like 3 the other 11 or 12 times then they got their license
