Humans can sort of live off no meat but we have to consume like twice the amount of a meat diet

I give my dog all sorts of little things.. Primarily, she still eats dog food, but I tried to avoid the canned stuff, and I usually give her the ocassional fruit or dairy thing(like non-sweeted, plain yogurt).. but most of the time? I give her chicken, fish, eggs.. some veggies, too

but its not a lot of meat that we need in order to get them
