Think it has something to do with the incidents with my co worker. Cause she used to boss me around, sexually harassed me and got really pissy with me one day. I reported the harassment yeah and she got pulled in by the manager. I didnt want to take it any higher because I felt it might be best to see if someone above her giving out to her might stop her. Plus it would just be too much for something that can be resolved internally.
