can you get prescribed marijuana for my gaming addiction?

darkness

its hollywood what you expect

There are definitely people around who have video gaming addiction, but to call it a disease? Bit much

I don't think people who happen to play more than average ppl have an addiction

Caughting on kids playing fortnite 24/7 and then "Hey new plague has came! Video Game Addiction!"

Yeah it has to be clarified what counts as addiction

Well no because that wouldn't be addiction

id rather be playing games then destroying my body with smokes and drugs lol these people need just dont like its so profitable then movies and and music

Steam Sale OwO

one day in 2020... "Fortnite causes plague to the world."

Yeah it has to have characteristics of addictive behaviour and stuff. I'm not 100 percent on the specifics but it includes things like the substance/activity has to have some kind of prize or feeling that is achieved through just the act of playing/using it.

Well I know I shouldn't say these things but uh....there were documentaries I watched in my film classes about some people neglecting their kids because they were playing video games for far too long ah And the fact that boys in South Korea wear a diaper when they go to those game cafes so they can play all day without having to move ah ........I mean.....not saying EVERYONE does that but uh.....it can be a problem ah

The problem that something like addictive gaming can have on the body is also pretty bad. From Long periods of not eating/lacking nutrients to complete lack of sleep.

Yeah it definitely can, like a lot of addictions ofc. Just you know that some people would exaggerate and say something an addiction when it's not one

But.. just beacuse someone happens to game alot in a week doesn't automatically mean "gaming addiction"

And it's definitely not a disease either

Oh yeah no, Ellie! But, I just wanted to say that there ARE people who play waaaaaaaaaaay too much
