i honestly would still add a little parmesan to it, i think that would be good if you just replaced all the other rich cream

it says the amounts of the cashew cream and canned coconut milk is important because their flavors will counter each other, so it doesn't taste too nutty or too sweet

or just replace the cashew cream with almond milk since it seems you have to make the cream yourself
