You can use brush pens for calligraphy but there exist calligraphy pens

i use pigma and sometimes a $1 black pen for lining

Harder brushes seem more ideal for calligraphy and this is a soft brush, more ideal for detailed drawing

I mainly use Fabre Castell Pitt pens but wanted to try something new

I use cheap stuff

It’s a pretty solid line art, I could always color it digitally so I don’t mess up

Cheap stuff can be good

and i turn them as if i used copics or smth pricey

And everyone in my class gets jealous

Fabre Castel is pretty cheap in terms of brush pens

Copics are great but hella expensive

So I wait until sales and get the wins for my suppliers

Yeah i draw in school and color and line with $1-$5 stationary and i turn them into ""masterpieces"" according to my class
