hurray actual story progression

at least the story I care about

my guess: it's a series of event quests covering the events from the end of kh chi, meaning we'll be fighting each of the foretellers as superbosses

Makes sense. Hopefully the quests give us new Keyblade armor

I think that was a party ranking reward.

wouldn't count on it. we already got union-specific keyblade armor, and i doubt they want to try and do another design

Probably a one-off

R.I.P., the dream of getting union armor

I had used Angelic Amber's SN before the last medal EA so the buffs and upright STR would carry over to the subsequent turns. Extra gauges also came in handy. The rest depended on Combo I RNG.

...... i could actually do that

Imma try

Hopefully, it works

I got the new Kairi. She's really good

Ohh, that's next week

Interesting

it's like last anniversary, tons of things

also also we know have a total of 5 out of the 6 summons from FF15 in KHUX the last one we need is Bahamut

we have Shiva, Titan, Ifrit, Leviathan, Ramuh.

Gauge-wise, Riku was more cost-efficient.

The Marluxia has more multiplier potential, but only if you get a critical hit w/ him and has lower base strength as well as a different base SN.

This setup could work where Angelic Amber's SN is just used on the second turn.

The rng has been good to me this day

i have a strat, copied it from my party leader

sleeping lion. put a doublecast copy medal on the first slot, followed by either kh3 ven or uf sora (doublecast preferred). then you put kh3 kairi a w/second chance, followed by another doublecast copy medal and kh3 ven or uf sora (also doublecast preferred). slap amber onto the pet slot and pick your best friend medal (we have a uf sora with extra attack 120%, for example).

you basically run everything normally, but before activating the second attack on your friend medal, do kairi's supernova followed directly by amber's supernova

you'll die, but since it wasn't the end of your turn, you'll keep those buffs you stockpiled, and then you'll start doing some massive damage

you'll get killed regularly on your second turn, but you should have enough damage to kill him on your third

it's a little specific, admittedly, but it works

Gotta love the stacking

The SBA boost also carries over.

Doing enough damage depends on traits, though.

oh right, i forgot to mention that you have to activate either sora's or ven's 280% guilt boost at the beginning

and yeah, you're right about that. though most people with ven and uf sora should have enough traits to make a pretty good one, y'know?

Copy medals as well

actually, the copy medals don't matter as much except for doublecast. since it's on sleeping lion, they won't be doing any real damage except for amber

so, i guess amber's traits matter, in that sense

(unless one of your doublecast copy medals is lea/axel, though)

also, today is my 1234th day of khux
