@Kazin Whitewind (Ryan) to answer your question: no, atk prize+ isn't affected by steal 3. steal only affects those item boxes, the silver and gold ones, and it only activates when you kill an enemy that drops one of them

Quite nice if you don't have her or many copies, but she is pullable in regular deals since she's in the medal pools.

She's actually quite useful as a medal.

PVP is most commonly three rounds, so a person is going to ideally have more than one buffer like that.
