like first off, why are we even going to other timelines at this point, thats just dumb. Secondly, why do we have to tie sora into this master plan thing made by another version of him from a completely alternate timeline

The reason why the twist was great in Infamous was that the idea of time travel was something that had never been seen before in the game up until that point. But in KH, we have seen countless character time travel now, so the idea of a version of sora doing something like this holds much less weight than kessler doing what he did in infamous
